I recieved a call from 1-888-786-3745 aka "Consolidated" 3 weeks ago. They threatened me with a summons or pay $100 upfront and $75 biwkly payments.  And I became suspicious when I tried to call them and only get that they are not accepting calls at this time. So how can you be a reputable debt collector and the people you attempt to collect from can't contact you. Please don't fall for this scam.

I received a  call just like these. Very disturbing.Now if you call the 888-786-3745 it just rings busy. Help any one know of an updated phone number for this bill collector

My ex-husband's wife received a call from an area code matching hers, and I received a call from an area code matching mine, with instructions to call this number. He left two different claim numbers with only one different number in them. He said he got an order to serve me legal papers. I used to be a proces server -- that is NOT how this works. He told my ex-husband's wife that I had used my ex-husband as a reference. We have been divorced for over 10 years, and I certainly don't use him as a reference. They probably got that from public records/divorce records. This is a complete scam...do NOT return the call. Craziness!!

Woman said, VERY forcefully, aggressively and threateningly, "You have officially been notified" and said to call 888-786-3745 about a summons.

Some idiot called my parents house which I don't live at and said that they're trying to locate me, it's about serving me papers and it was serious but they couldn't tell my Mom because I might sue!!!! They gave my mom the 888-786-3745 number and a case number.  I called this number very upset and they asked me to verify my social securtiy number and I said "no, you tell me what you have on file".  The number and address they gave me wasn't even mine!!! Then the idiot had the nerve to tell me that they can cut the cost of the debt if I paid over the phone!!! Both my number and Mom's number is unlisted!!!! Scary, don't give any info!!!

how they get your name and number is crazy they harrasesd me last year and a year later found my # they called me from a local # in Austin tx the funny thing is I have not lived there in a year i am over seas with the military!! They need to be careful who they mess with

I just got a call from this number 469-359-4790... his name was Ray Alverez he told me he was going to serve me with papers but needed my adress and that he was a personal locater. I said serve me for what?

I called these guys once after they left me a message at my work. The message said something about serving a summons. When I called this number they hung up on me twice. Now I'm getting calls from a third party ( local number ) that's telling me I had better call 888-786-3745 " or else ". I called the number and the answering service answers " This is Consolidated". My guess is that this is some half-assed debt collection agency. They've changed phone numbers at least once already and now they are changing their tactics. Instead of calling themselves and threatening people, now they are hiring third party callers to call and threaten people, probably so they won't get in trouble with the FTC. I keep getting threatened with being served court summons. The fact that they haven't yet tells me that they are full of crap.

This number keeps calling me and  threatening me to serve papers. They are really rude about it. Refuse to give me details.
