Call several time a day, without message.

Always get a call from this once a day, never answer, it never leaves a message, either.

Card Services AKA Aspire Visa or Action I FOUND THIS ON 800NOTES.COM SO MAYBE THIS WILL HALP ANYONE

Calls and leaves no message

They are saying that they're calling with an offer for a credit card.

I, too,was just called this morning and they wanted to make arrangements with me.  I owe 3.000. to them.  They told me to make a payment of 244.01 over the phone & they will move my interest to 0 percent for 6 months and I stated I was making no payment over the phone, but send me paperwork & I will look it over and then with a payment coupon they send me i will forward a check to them ... they stated they do not have any paperwork for me to look at and that I would be a fool not to take this plan they are giving me.  I once again stated, you send me paperwork so I know I have in writing that this is what you are offering me and I can have a lawyer look at it and then I will submit a payment.. the gentleman at the other end, said they couldn't do that because then it would be a legal binder on this transaction.  So he huffed at me when once again I called him on not sending out paperwork because of this becoming a legal binder and told him no, I would not make a payment over the phone.  He was getting angry with me and said that I choose to make it that they will continue to call me and put me in deliquent and my name would be ruin.  I WAS willing to work with them on what I owe, but now, they will get nothing more from me.  I, too, make my payments on time & was a good customer for over 4 years to this company and then they choose to close accounts & still charge a high interest rate and now half my payment goes to interest and I can no longer use the card.  I want to get it paid off asap and you would think they would want their money, they would work with their customers on getting their many repaid.  The only thing they are doing is they want their cake & eat it too.... frusting company to work with.

This company (unknown who) called me asking for a Roz?? I told them I had owned the number over 27 years--they said "Huh, thats funny-"Roz" called us from this number in August"--I kept insisting that I didn't know any "Roz" and the woman acted like I was lying, and insinuated that I was actually this ROZ person!!! I finally stated that this was harrassment and she hung up on me. Unbelievable!!!

Message says it's Ben from Card Services.  It's always the same British accent on an automated message.  It's really Aspire Visa Card.  They canceled their card program due to the crap credit crisis.  I have paid all my bills on time and never paid less than the minimum balance.  They pulled my $4500 line of credit.  I now owe them about $1500 but screw them!  I was a good customer for years and now they do this.  Not too mention raping me on their change of terms and increasing my rate.

Called me and said they were from Royal Bank.

Been calling everyday for two weeks now.  Leaves message saying call them back or go to their website.  No way to get a hold of anyone, it just hangs up after message.

I've started getting these calls also for going on a month now.  They have been calling for a Kelly Tracy and say it is something personal.  I've told them several times that person does not have this number, but they started calling me a liar.  I just got the number 6 months ago.  I'll probably swap numbers soon.

They just started calling me on the weekends instead of just during the week.  I also get them asking for the same person from 336-903-6610 and 404-736-7102.  I received 6 calls just this morning.

STILL calling on sundays...

refers to 'tribute' account...  never heard of the name before...

on voice mail, caller said his name was 'marcus' and to call back @ 888.790.9926 x7414, or 404.736.7064.

Saying they want me to call them its very important.

Call 5 to 6 times a day about Aspire Card.  I told them I don't have one and they continue to call.

A technique I find interesting, that often works, is answering the phone like this...

"FTC, scam investigations...Johnson speaking"

See if they don't hang up and never call again!

they call 3 4 times a day pretending to be a visa or mastercard rep. stating that you are past due on you bill and that you need to pay over the phone with a check or a credit card but when you starte to question them they get nervise or mad becaouse you ask to many questions.

Calls at least once twice a day,  bogas as to who they want.  Say it is Card Services, but really Aspire Visa or Action Card for solicit.  Ask to be removed, they still call even on Sundays
