If you have Ford/Lincoln Sync System in your vehicle, it is connecting to your vehicle & it will ask at certain mileage intervals if you want to run a Vehicle Health Report. If you select "Yes", it will remotely check your vehicle for any mechanical/electrical problems & send a report to you according to your email/preferences on file.  Also, it may appear if you are using the navigation system

Cindy, he is merely reporting what this number is. He can't mail you anything, for that you have to call ford and tell them that!  And did you really just post your email for the whole world to see? Thats a very silly thing to do with spammers and fraudsters crawling these web sites not to mention the bots that crawl for all those bads guy's to spam you death!   Not wise..   I've alerted the mods/admin to remove it..
