i keep getting these emails from a brandon henry  his number he tells me i owe cashnetusa over 700 well i contacted cashnetusa my self and talked there scam representive she verifyed that this guy brandon henry is indead a scam artist she also verifyed that i never had a account with them due to the state i live in they do not service i also gave cashnetusa the emails,phone number and the copy of the emals to cashnetusa they have reported it the FBI  this guy brandon henry sends me email all the time saying i will be proscuted for not paying this loan i never recieved he also produced a supeona from the dade county florida i have a family member who lives there and said that the dade county doesnt send supeona threw emails  so i called this brandon back and it took them a long time to answer the phone once he picked up i heard alot of ppl in the back ground talking and he had a heavy indian accent i told him if he continues to send me threating and harrasing emails that i will hunt him down and cut off his private and shove it down his throat so far it will be coming from the other end and i also informed him that the fbi will be coming for him in the next couple of days well the email stopped till today so this person is a scam artist do not send them money as for the law here in my state they said no state will ever email u a supoena so dont fall for there bs

I received a email from scott Willis regarding all of these charges that was going to be  against my social security number and that I was going to get arrested at my employment.  These people also stated that I needed to come to court and what day would I like to go.  At that point I knew that it was a scan.  When you call it goes to a operator that will connect you with the so called person Scott Willis.  He stated that you have committed a crime and will be arrested by your local county police.  I am so glad that you can file this kind of complaint on the internet and hopefully something will happen to these people  because they  have all of your information through the pay day loan and they are calling saying what they were going to do to you if you don't pay there money back.   Something has to be done or an investigation through this company or house.  I believe that they look on the internet and collect the information of all  individuals that file bankruptcy and see what they can do with them to ruin there carreer. I don't know who they were.  if they gave a business name, I couldn't understand it because of their accent.  Pay Day loan type scam all over again.  It is an outrage how they can acquire all of our information and use it against us.  SS#, DL#, bank account information and so on.

got a call today from them had all my info worst thing is that a few months ago had the same call from a lil diffrent phone number saying they were from california and the payday loan and everything then i get this call mr mike jones lol states he is from miami flordia said funds were deposited into a completly diffrent bank than what i have ever had then i told him i dont have that acct then he said i also went to a diffrent account then he got to my acct info how    are they selling our info this is getting bad they have now threatened me and my family and also threat me to have colorado police come to my work and arrest me im only 20 and this is scary and advice would be appreciated

I got a call from that #, saying they were a debt collection agency called Debt Clear but checked online and they gave me false information cuz debt clear is a valid company, but not the people who called saying they were debt clear.  Well, they called saying that i owed $270 from a payday loan which is not true, but the scary thing is, they had my info.  (ssn#, cell phone,) How did they get my info, and who are they really?  I called back 30 min later and asked to speak with a supervisor, (forgot to tell you that when they called, I asked for the company name, and the person (charlie) tried to beat around the bush and not give me the company's name; but when I called back, the person I spoke with said I was calling debt clear, but answered the phone with a mere hello..also when i asked to speak with the supervisor so called named karen smith, it sounded like the guy pretending to be the supervisor.  they all sounded like they were from india or that sort of region.  I dont know who these people are, but all i know is that they are frauds.  any advice on what steps i should take to report them to the right authorities?  please let me know.  hijk0k@gmail.com  thanks.
