Hey Derek, Ally repo your vehicle? Is that why you are so "ban Ally"? Yes, they are huge pains in the a$$. They start calling me at 2 days late at 8:02am. At which time, I answer the phone and not so politely tell them if I as much as see their number on my phone again in the next 9 days, I will turn them in to the attorney general. It works. After that, if I still can't make the payment, all you have to do it set up an online payment for when you can. It stops the calls. Not rocket science people.

I believe it is Ally Financial calling about a late car payment. They will call after just a few days (car payment due 5 days ago). And they will call multiple, multiple, multiple times a day and not leave a message. I've set up apament online for the next week before and they still keep calling wanting you to make it sooner. Again, this was when I was 5 days late, so by the time the payment posted I would have been 10 days late. Legit, but ridiculous number of calls and harassment. Just leave a message and in will call you back- don't power call to harass

It's Ally Financial calling on a late car loan payment. It is legitimate- I'm 5 days late. I think it's silly to call at 5 days, but it is legit. However- they called every hour on the hour and would not leave a message, which I think is towing the line if being harassing. I finally googled the number, and then set up a payment online.

I called my phone carrier and had them blocked. I will NEVER sign for an Ally loan again!

Yes you are correct. However they start calling the day after your bill is due. Even though there are grace periods. Not only do they start calling but they START CALLING. I mean the harassment is relentless. These fkrs barely speak the English language. Put a stop to outsourcing jobs to third world countries for cheap labor. BOYCOTT ALLY!

I have a legitimate Ally Financial car loan. As someone else previously said, they start calling within 5 days after the due date. My only complaints are that they (1) call my work number instead of at home; and (2) they don't identify who they are. I'm not trying to hide from them, but if they just said who they were in the messages they leave, people wouldn't be so scared to answer their calls.

Another so called American company that has sold us out for foreign employees. GMAC!!! A sell out to American Workers. These corporations have no pride for Americans or for America.

I work at a law firm and we keep receiving calls to and then they hang up. I called back and spoke with someone and told them not to call again so we'll see what happens! Give it a try : )

I have a car loan with Ally. I'm not even that far past the due date. They didn't leave a message. If they had, at least I'd know it was them calling.

These people have been calling me non-stop.  My car loan is a few days late.  When they call they insist that I make a payment by phone which I am not going to do.  They never leave a voice message.  The callers, both male and female have Indian accents.  I checked with my Ally Bank as to whether they have called me and they said no.  Also, the number these people are calling me from in not Ally's.  I, too, believe that this a scam.

We do not want Ally calling us anymore.  888-803-3174.  They call 3 and 4 times a day. Our son does not live with us and is on the road all the time. We are not responsible for his debts.

They call me several times a day vut everytime i answer they never reply!! Its a waste of time.

These out of country speaking people call 20x a day.  The must have a huge over seas phone bill.  Keep racking them up good job ally u have no brains.  

This company continues to call me at work even after I told them I can not recieve calls at work.  This is very frustrating.  They call everyday.

I work at a university and we keep receiving calls from this number, several times a day for weeks now, and all they do is hang up without a word after we say hello.  It is very annoying!

It is not collections. They start calling at 5 days after bill is due. They are in the Philippines. They make $6 dollars an hour. Its GMAC paying "slave" labor prices. Out sourcing to foreign Countries. DO NOT ACCEPT A GMAC LOAN "BOYCOTT"

Ally letting me know I'm five days late on my car payment. We set up payment for Wednesday and now everything is fine. Would rather they call than just repo the car! Banks don't mess around these days. Answer the phone and speak with them!

If your organization charges a fee for it's services, then your message is considered spam, and should be removed from this board.

If your organization is a governmental service, then just say so.

In either case, why not identify your organization, here?

Called at 8:30 on a holiday Monday on an account for which payment is not due for another week.

I informed them that they got only one chance, with us, and because they abused the PRIVILEGE of calling us on their phone that their number has been added to our blocked called list.

We use Google Voice, so I was able to add their number to a list such the the next time they try to call, our phones will not ring, and they will get the message, "The number you have dialled is no longer in service. Please make sure you have dialled the correct number and try dialling again."

Calling on the phone is not a right, it is a privilege granted by the owner of the phone number. Never think that you cannot refuse to answer, or that you have to confirm who is answering the phone before the caller identifies themselves, or that you have to provide any information which is asked for. YOU ALWAYS HAVE THE RIGHT TO HANG UP. I encourage you to use that right, as well as any legitimate technology to defend yourself from telephone abuse.

You guys are such p**sies lol. You get 100 phone calls and don't even answer once? Why are you so scared to pick up the phone just tell them to p****off or play music real loud so they don't want to call back..

Was 1 day late on Ally bank car loan. However after paying it on line I still recvd over 15 calls from this #. Does a bank actually conduct business in this manner. Never once did anyone leave a v/m.

I have received over one hundred calls from phone #888-803-3174. I am not making this up. My cell phone tracks up to the first 30 calls from the same number and then I manually tracked after that. They call 4+ times a day. I do not know these people. Sometimes they leave a message of how important it is to return their call and other times they just hang up. I AM TIRED OF THESE CALLS COMING IN. They start as early as 7:20.m. and as late as 8:50p.m.

They called at 8:15am and again at 9:37am this morning. How ridiculous!! I definitely didn't answer.

AS STATED BELOW, THIS IS A DEBT COLLECTOR FOR ALLY (FORMALLY GMAC).  THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT YOUR CAR PAYMENT.  THEY WILL CALL 20 TIMES A DAY. :-/

constant phone calls  / voice message from a foreign speaking person ( can't understand) -  calls every hour or so leaving same basic message to call back  -  I googled it and  found it to be a scam.... completely  PISSED OFF
