Do not take these calls, they do not HELP anyone by putting out information, They pray on Senior Citizens and steal their money for worthless insurance..

These calls are illegal and you should contact the Missouri AG, The FCC and if they have came into your home or ripped off your parents you should call the police where you live and file charges for stealing by deception.

If the local number you are seeing is 636-534-2194, it has been used extensively - we've seen it appear on our Caller ID a couple dozen times. The 534 exchange, however, is a Chesterfield exchange rather than St. Charles. The two almost border each other across a river, but Chesterfield is on the south side of the Missouri River and St. Charles is on the north side thereof.

Senior Solutions is a contrived marketing stunt created by Pennsylvania Life Insurance to sell Medicare Medigap (Supplement) insurance to elderly people at fairly reasonable prices (you can't really make much selling these supplements anyway since Medicare makes the rules as to what they must cover). The gouge comes when they twist arms to get these older people to buy low value over-priced annuities and other low value insurance products after selling a supplement reasonably to attempt to convince these people that the sellers really are trying to help them.

Yes, these phone calls are illegal - this is telemarketing even if they are marketing services rather than physical objects. Neither the Missouri nor the Federal Do Not Call operations seem to be hitting a lick on this type of illegal stunt.

I called the number and got a recording "allowing" me to be removed from their calling list. They identified themselves as Senior Health Solutions and sell Medicare supplements. They have called many times before from a 314 are code. I filed a complaint with the FCC DNCR since I now knew that the number was not spoofed. I think they are located in St Charles MO

Call from Senior Solutions trying to sell worthless insurance for older folks. Calls are obvious illegal as I am on the worthless Do Not Call list.
