Well, guess what, here is some slightly new information - I actually talked to this Andrew Henderson guy. Here is the history, for anyone interested:
I admit I fell for the recorded message ploy, called back and left my email, and received an email invitation to join a web confrerence, to "get more details". At that point I googled "on the money radio show" and found this thread, which was a good heads up! I then called the tel # in the email, just out of curiousity to see if I could get a live person and ask how much this "program" would cost. Andrew actually answered the phone, but in a weird way - a very soft "hello" and no name or company or anything professional like that... I asked, is this Andrew Henderson? to which he replied a tentative yes, almost like he wasn't sure he should have answered the phone (hmmmm). I asked if there is a charge for this radio show "program", and he said "yes I thought that was clear". Then I asked if he could tell me the cost, so I don't have to wait 20 minutes on a conference to find out, to which he said no, and that was the end of the call. Bottom line, I can verify that this guy sounded unprofessional at best, and who knows what kind of rip-off artist at worst. Hope that helps y'all! amiel@cypressmc.com.

He must be working the Chicago Suburbs now.
Got a voicemail message with the same....  "Looking for Radio host(s) for 'On the Money' ...."  speach.  Identified himself as Andrew Henderson and that he got my name from a business connection.  It did not sound like a pre-recored voice but the message follows the exact script as noted in all the other reports here.
I doubt anyone would want my financial advise.  I keep all my money buried in my back yard!  All $8.39 of it

Got a call tonight in the Chicago area - he's looking now for finance specialists in my area, called after hours on the business line from  a 541 area code but left the 888-809 number. Cleaned up the garbled message; this one sounded like a person, not a message, even let me know he would be doing a group call in a few days and just wants to be sure to include me - good thing I saw this thread first.

I got the recording call from him yesterday after business hours. Sounds like he did a broadcasting call to a group of mortgage brokers.

I guess he has his hands in Northern Cal now.

Thank you for all the posting.

Got a call from this putz-the call came in after hours and went to voice mail, which I think is the plan. Very generic-looking for a doctor "in your area" and "in your area of expertise".

This guy left a message for me, too. There's nothing on Google about a radio show? I couldn't find anything. I never do understand the payoff for these kind of 'scams'...
