Pues a mi me funcionan como compania, mi negocio es pequeno y me puedo dar el lujo de pagar un service call cada que se dana un equipo, y todos los equipos de la cocina de mi negocio fueron comprados de segunda mano por lo tanto no tienen garantia ni mucho menos, pero al menos los consegui baratos, yo quiero cambiarlos en un futuro, pero eso es despacio porque son equipos caros, los compre asi para echar a andar el negocio y mientras se danan mucho, mi socio me hablo de Merchant porque el los tiene a ellos en su otro negocio, asi que los llame y me activaron el servicio por ciento y algo de dolares y me siguen cobrando mensual, antes gastaba como 400 dolares al mes en reparaciones, ahora solo gasto los 50 dolares que les pago a ellos, hasta ahora no me han quedado mal, espero que no lo hagan en el futuro.

This works, this tech guy Raul comes here whenever my pc is down or the other electronics in my biz, always send Raul, is damage i call they send him, hi fix, he leave, I happy, no extra pay or anything, just the monthly fee i pay.

This is a company that repairs electrical stuff, I have had service with them for a long time now, and the always come and fix whatever is broken. They take like a week to come which I hate, but they do come and fix the my things

They called to my business very persistently and one of my employees gave them my info, I called them and they told me that was some maintenance program for the electronics on my store, so I told them my LG air conditioner was not working and the next day they send a technician that fix the problem and did not charge me at all. That was like two month ago, ever since they have fix everything that goes damage and just charge me with the monthly fee, so I kind of like them, is cheep.

Well they did helped me when my computer broke down, the tech guy came and fixed it for no extra charge.

Same call asking for routing number, they said they worked for insurance company, they ask the address and account information

Spanish speaking female calls stating that she is calling from Merchant Network insurance Co. and needs bank information to send certificate of insurance with an insurance Rep by the name of Carlos Gonzalez.
DO NOT give any information this is a fraud they will clean out you bank account.

Every single day they are calling at least two times!
Apparently they want to sell something but they only speak spanish and in this office nobody does.

Same here. They are very pushy and when you don't give them an answer they want they hang up. They also call to ask for routing number so they can send you some sort of insurance and documents. When told to send me an official letter stating the reason that they are asking for such secure information they get offensive. Beware.

You should seriously rethink about who does your marketing calls; I received a call from 888-820-3448 This is a Magic Jack number; they are calling from the Dominican Republic on behalf of http://usamerchantservice.com/ ; MERCHANT ACCOUNT SERVICES AND THEIR # 888-238-5440; a guy called Javier Vazquez called asking for the person in charge ( of what ?), said that all of our insurance information was set up and to please verify our address,etc. not knowing I'm Dominican and recognized his accent,gave him an address in DR, he was so confused,and started asking stupid questions....lol,for once I fooled this annoying people. As a company,they should be ashamed of the cramming & scamming they are doing!

yes it is true!! a presumptuous department of verification insurance call to my businesses and they try to get my account route number which is 123456 (lol) . They talk nonsense, they say something about an inspector coming to my work place to verify my insurance latest payments. it sound really fishy. and when i ask for more information about the company they say it is a new service, and when i ask for my information which they suppose to have they don't answer. then they hang up.
so pay attention to this people.

Claims they are calling from a Insurance company and that they need to send you some paperwork. However, in order to send you the information they ask to verify some personal information such as routing number and check account number. Back tracking I found that the number listed on my caller ID comes from a Merchant Repair Network so I have no idea how that can be considered to be an Insurance Company. They are quite rude and hang up abruptly if you don't give them the information they ask for. I even got one that threatened me with legal action if I didn't accept the supposed documents. They also refuse to give you their companies name and who your talking to. They also tend to talk in Spanish.  Bunch of Scammers. Beware.
