These fricken idiots called my cell phone @ 7:05 am. They had to have gotten the # off a craigslist ad. Recorded msg telling me to donate my car, call 88 88 DONATION or 888-836-6284. Press 8 to be removed from list.
I also am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and have been from the beginning.

They called me 10 times yesterday. I also filed an online complaint with the FTC and also called the Van Nuys Police Dept. and left a message for The District Attorney in Van Nuys, CA. Let's get this guy.

I called them they call at 630am and till 1050 pm I called back the 888 number today and the guy called me a b***h and he keeps calling cuz I am a c**t how do you like that bussiness beware everyone and dont ask to be taken off their call list or you get called horrible names

They got our number from a Recycler ad.  They left a message saying they pay cash and give you donation credit and handle all paperwork.  

We called back and got a recording.  

They do not give their name or company name.

If you continue to listen to the entire message it gives you an option at the end to be put on their do not call list.  That will stop the calls.

Yes, I too put an ad on craigslist and got a call from these guys 3 days in a row. I did fallow the link to the FCC and files a complaint.  The persons on the phone would not give me their name or the name of their company, called a "a-hole" and hung up.  I guess the next step is the police dept.

This is a fruadulent  company posing as a Nonprofit organization asking for car donations on craigslist and promising tax deductions. They have been reproted repeatedly for harrassing people. The owner cussed out and told me to tell the FTC to "f*** them selves"  and hung up. Their official name is:

This company is violating federal law and should be reported immediately to the Local Police, Distrcit attorney and FTC @ http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

I placed an add on craigslist to sell a vehicle, started getting pre-recorded messages from this number.

I am on the do not call registry, so I filed a complaint against them.

Thank you!  I have deleted all the messages that other people left because they gave their phone numbers.  One was even local to me and we had a laugh at what I did.

Now they new outgoing messages and new passwords across the board.  Every day that I get a call from these numbers, I will do it again.

when dialing back any of the 323 numbers and there is no answer, but the answering systems picks up dial * from your phone.  This will let you in into their phone options.  enter password 1101 and now you can change some of the ADMIN SETTINGS...  change their passwords or record your own greetings. have fun.

Well, i had 2 voice mails from them, and I just called to tell them to not to call, what do i get - go f*** yourself from the guy. I am filling complaints like crazy now. This has to stop. And this wasn't the first time I had voice mails from them.

yes i like this idea.  i just left a message to call me.  i will keep having them drive to my business building until they stop.  it will be funny to see how many times the tow truck comes out.

I posted an ad for my R.V. on Craigs list. Calls began 2/28/10 from  323-813-0337. After numerous solititation recorded calls, I called that # & the 6284# they referanced telling them not to call me.  Have spoke 3 times to the man who calls and told him not to call & take me off their list. He still called again. I have told them I am on the do not call list & have filed a complaint. Calls continue to come at all hours.  I have blocked #s only to have them call from yet another #.  These are some of the #s. All are (323)area code with 813 prefix: Last 4-digits on each as follow: 0104, 0105, 0334, 0335, 0336, 0337. These are just the some I have kept track of.  Today is 3/12/10 and I am still receiving calls from these people.

Yeah this guy is an A-HOLE!!! I have a good retaliation though, I send out faxes legitimately with approval and can send out 10000-100000 at any given time.

the last time this A hole called I blasted his lines with 500 fax calls.

I know his software and he has the capability to add numbers to a do not call list, he is just too lazy, cheap, stupid or does not know how to work the soft ware to keep me of the list.

I just called him again today and if I get one more call from  him I will hit him with 2000 calls and I will increase by 500 each time he calls me.

Same complaint as these other posts. I called back to the 6284 number and answering machine responded with someone with a heavy foreign accent saying something that sounded like a "Collision" business-- maybe a body shop or towing company. Maybe the only way to stop these people is to submit phoney requests and have them running all over Southern California. Fight fire with fire.
