ALL of you shills have a thing in common................your inability to construct a coherent sentence to use proper punctuation and capitalization.

It definitely shows your lack of education!

Yes you are a shill for the scam. The FDCPA laws are clear. Your not fooling anyone. Your ignorance is in thinking you can shill here and get away with it!  Not going to happen!

Just as expected....you're a two-bit Fraud & a Shill. You foreign (probably Indian) frauds are so predictable. You have no idea how the U.S. legal system works. You have no idea how the process works. Yet, you try to come on here & think you can somehow validate your scams with asinine statements. The fact of the matter is that you penny-ante frauds just aren't very bright. You're not paid the equivalent of $5 US every day to be smart. You're paid that pittance to be persistent. Coming on to this site is NOT persistence. It's called stupidity. You've just exposed yourself & your scam.
Your boss-man is going to be real proud of you! Start looking for another fraud shop. And don't use your current master as a reference!

Statement #2:
>> you guys are crazy ... so i know if its real or not. ... hopefully its just a scam. <<

Rather conflicting statements, nyet?

Gunnar seems to be right ... you did not provide proof of your original contention, you merely tried to confuse the issue.

We hear stories like yours all the time. They all have one thing in common. When a person that has been "served" is asked to provide proof of it, they invariably fail to supply a single bit of verifiable information. Would you like to prove you're an exception? Do so! Post this outfits valid physical address, the signing judges name, a summons number, a docket number, the jurisdiction you were served in, this firms attorneys name(s)...etc.
None of us here will be surprised in the slightest when you don't post a verifiable thing. We all know why you won't!

Debt Collector
I received a vm from this number and returned the call. The lady I spoke to was rude and threating me with legal action. Told me I owed on a debt I did not recognize. When I told her I didn't not recognize it she in turn informed me I would never own any property as they would go after it until the debt was paid. She was extremely rude through out the conversation and I finely hung up on her. I have heard of scams to collect a debt and because of her attitude I believe this is just that. Not going to call them again.....

Recieved a call from this number. The lady that I spoke to was very rude. She did not let me speak. She knew a lot of personal information regarding my finances and address. This scared me. I stayed quite until she stoped talking, I then tried to stated this was an invaild debt but she kept interrupting me. I ask for her name and she gave me a Ms. Stevens but when I asked what company she was calling from she stated I could noy have that. The debt she was talking about never occured in the first place. How can we report them??? What can we do to stop this???

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

?is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
?refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
?asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
?exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:

?Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.?Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
?Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft ? charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
?Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate ? but you think the collector may not be ? contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
?Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

i filed bankruptsy in 2004 or before and my son was a co signer on this acct and they called him calling him a loser and all kinds of names so i called this person at 888 837 5340 and she answered the phone saying is this the mother of the loser that is trying to get out of a credit card you strapped him with ?    I asked for her name and company address and she refused she began wailing on me and i tried to tell the person that she was on a recorded line.     She is threatening legal action and harrassing    she called back told my son she ran the credit on me and i can pay the whole bill    now keep in mind that in 2004 it was a 500.00 bill she now says it is 8000.00  .She is rude and seriously if we had been face to face i probably would have had to fight to keep from knocking her teeth out.     I wouldn't have but i wanted to  but haveing her on a recorded line is so much better........don't need her name now.

The phone number was provided in a vm indicating that I was to be served.  Apparently there is a debt that I owe.  They indicated that it may not even be me and that I should call and verify some info. called and they started telling me I needed to pay something I wasnt even familiar with. Do not call back or tell them they need to stop calling you.  I do not owe any debt.  The moment you verify your identity verses any of their info your debt ,if you have any, will restart.  They call it Zombie debt. Luckily I do not have any.  I simply told them they had the wrong person and to stop calling.  They will continue hounding you until you verify.  Just dont.  Avoid Saying yes. If you  actually have an old debt, do not acknowlede it, tell them  that is out of the Statute  of limitations let them know that if they need to provide proof of the debt.  Do not give them your addy. They should have that. Also, monitor you credit report, they may hit it with a hard hit.
