Called me about 10 minutes ago. Very skeptical. I have never recieved letters or any notice of my supposed debt. its ridiculous.

free advise and this is what happened to me. You are in possesion of property that u dont own. if its aarons like mine, yes you can have issues with courts and people have been arrested if they think you did with intent. its a rental we didnt buy the property try to resolve.

I received a call from Mr.Parker with the CRA he said. He explained to me that i had a balance of $600.00 with Aarons. I told him that i didnt have the full amount and that i could send some payment in a money order. He then said they dont except money orders only credit cards or with a bank account. He also said that if i didnt pay it, that they can send me to court and charge me with theft and possibly go to jail! I then called my mother and she told me that it was against the law for them to do that. So now im writing to whoever can stop these creditors.

Is this company a scam?? bc mr.parker contacted me and told me that i could be charged with theft and if i dont show in court i could go to jail. Then i havent received any letters in the mail, regarding this balance i owe either...i have no clue whats going on. but they sound like liars to me

I hear ya... trust me Im not the fan of any agency but if you have an issue give em a call they did work with me. I m sure they would work with you. It was Mr. Parker that helpd me. I wish ya the best.

This is a legitimate organization they filed legal action on me. they were rude at first but did help me when i needed to work this out.
