they called me stating that they were trying to serve me papers and yet  they could not tell me  who was trying to take me to court. then i was given another number to call 888-848-5677.  i called and some guy as for my lst for of my ss# and said my name, but he could not give any information either concerning this so call company who is trying to take me to court. then he ask what was the names of the company I had loans with, i told no you are trying to serve me papers but you dont have any information. then he said he is trying to work with me and i dont want to listen, so he said i will just find out when i am served the papers, i just hung up

They called me stating that they have papers to serve me for a Breach of Trust and Fraud, and I ask Mr. Derreck Evans, who was it trying to serve me papers, he said he does not know and that have to call 1-888-848-5677, now when I called, I gave this man the so call reference number and he said that he has papers that needs to be served to me and I ask him from who, he said well who do I owe and said you are trying to serve me papers, so you need to tell me. He said some company I have never heard of, Kingston Loan Company, and some other name he came up with. I said no, I have never heard of them. so, he said well give me the names of the other loan companies I have delt with and he will check to see if that's who its from and if I have paid them already then this will be a close case. WHAT!!!!???? was he serious. He is trying to serve me papers and yet he does not have any information concerning this so call debt. WOW SCAMMMMM is right. Yes I have been paying on the couple of loans that I have and one I have not been paying on, I am still unemployed, but I am on a hardship plan. I also have an attorney, I ahve to give them all of the information that I have and phone call log. Be wise don't give NO information to them.

Three messages from Trevor McDaniels.  On the third message I just received, he forgot his name.  Here's the real bs, he said they have already attempted to serve papers at my address.  I never got anything.  Now he says although they don't like to serve papers at work, I am forcing their hand.  Can't wait to see this!!  Total fraud scam, scam, scam.  Don't participate in their bs.

No...do not call him back!  he is a fraud!  it is illegal for him to send you papers regarding any case like that and it is also illegal for him to come to your residence to deliver anything like that.  If this man ever calls you again tell him that you are recording all phone calls made by him to you and you have given his name and phone number to the FBI and he is under serious investigation with the FBI because FRAUD IS ILLEGAL!!!  I actually did call the FBI once about another person who was calling me and harrassing me for money and they told me to tell him that too if i ever pick up the phone for that person again.  I hope this helps you out!  and I laughed about the "Charlie Daniels" bit!  lol

These people are scammers!!!  Do not believe a word that they tell you!  This man named Douglas McClaine called me and left me two messages on my cell phone telling me that I owed him money from a debt that was unpaid...which is totally false because I have paid off all of my debts!  He even told me that he had a case number against me which was 113768 and then proceeded to tell me that he knew my address (but only said half of my address on the last message that he sent me)...which leads me to believe that he is a fraud!!!  If anyone recieves a call from this man just tell him that you are recording all phone calls made by him to your phone and they are being monitored by the FBI...tell him that you have given his name and phone number to the FBI and that will scare the s**t out of them!!!  also alert your phone company and tell them that you are getting these harrassing calls from them that way they might be able to help you out with blocking their numbers.  You can also call national harrassment advocates at 800-818-0382 and they will help you out too :)

I was called from a local (state) number. The guy on the phone never told me what company he was calling for, just that he was called upon to issue papers to me. He gave me this number and a "case" number to contact.

A guy named Charlie Daniels I wonder if he is the country singer, called my cell phone and said that all efforts have been exhausted and he came to the address listed to serve me papers and had no contact, um someone was here all day, and if i had any questions about the complaint filed against me to call this number, and he then gave me a file number. Should I call him back?
