I have work with a very nice company on repair my credit since several months ago, IMC USA Improve My Credit USA.   *** VERY HONEST COMPANY**   and in NOWHERE ON MY CREDIT WAS A DEBT FOR  CONSUMER FIRST SETTELEMENT  or any other company that they mentioned , that I owe the money DSI LENDING RESOURCES, INC, or NORTHERN RESOLUTION GRUP LLC,.
They also make threat to go to court for a twice the amount if I don't settle, SEVERAL MESAGES , EVEN TO MY WORK number , I have no idea how they got my number. I gave them my credit card to settlement , and they could not charge it, AT LEAST THATS WHAT THEY SAID, and required me to send them a money gram to NY  to a NATIONAL CREDIT WORK INC. everything was sound so scam, so I MAKE THEM SEND every think for email stating they were not going to charge my  credit card. good thing they could not charge it, I already call my bank to monitoring and stop any payment to something for any collection agency .I also send a copy from every thing to the company that its helping me with my  credit.  and they have a legal services also to help me to deal with all this , that sound to scam.

I research names and company  EVERY COMPANY HAVE COMPLAINS AND RED FLAGS FROM BB .  

THE OWNER OF THAT COMPANY ITS JOE NEGRI , and just have that company a couple months ago according records on the state of VA. and the emails that they have send they have no formal information of the company just a personal email with no business letterhead or info on the company.

This company  Consumer First Settlement Group, ie Mrs. Cole continues to call me several times a day. She has made calls to my family explaining in detail about my debt. She has made ugly remarks to me over the phone with threats of "I have a warrant for your arrest" On 8/22/13 I called the office to speak to her and a man answered the phone by the name of Joe Baxtor, whom then proceeded to call me a "deadbeat" not know the full story of this situation. The debt is in my name, but was not taken out by me. Was done over the internet by my ex husband. They are unwilling to offer a settlement or send me any type of paperwork to prove whom they are. The last statement from Mr. Baxtor was "we will see you in court." How? When? Where? no details. On the last conversation 8/23/13 at 8:40 am Mr. Baxtor, then informs me that all calls have been recorded and will be in court. I was never informed that any calls where recorded. It is sick to know a company will go this far with threats and name calling, even if the debt was mine, find out why it was not paid, lets work out a arrangement or something. Do you see how many people are out of work and barley getting by. Calls like this can send a person over the edge. It is awful. I hope no one else has this happen to them. The number comes up "UNKNOWN" most of the time. This morning it came up from a Virgina number (757)319-4725

Just received the same message----they told me they were from Consumer Credit Debt Collection and her name was Mrs. Coles.  I don't owe anyone any money so I was upset to be bothered.  This woman has called several times this week.

Received a call from a lady at this number 888-850-2065 stating this is my last chance to contact her and I need to call her back or have my lawyer contact them to resolve this matter outside of court.  Didn't leave a name, company she was working for or who is supposedly taking me to court.  Usually if someone is being sued you get a call from a lawyer's office and they state who they are and what they are calling about. They also send something in the mail.  

So not calling back- that's how they know it's an active number.
