Recorded message threatening me with legal action over a debt will not give any info just a file number have even gone as far as to tell me they are serving me with papers to appear in court. two different numbers appear 888-860-3022 and 850 270-4055 Scam going to forward to states attorney general.

Same story. I hung up.

debt collector, comes up on caller ID as Apax Financial. *69 brings the number 888-860-3022 as who was calling, but caller ID showed 850-270-4055  internet shows its Apex Financial

they are threatening legal action over a credit card that was charged off, its been over 7 yrs

I am also getting harrassong phone calls from this company at work, always a recording.  When I try to call the number back it just rings and then goes into a message.  I'm turning it over to the attorney general's office.

Keep getting calls that my case is being reviewed so when I call I ask for this so called debt proof and they get an atttitude and won't provide proof.  I don't owe anyone anthing.  SCAM!
