usa mobility, FIRE THE INCOMPETENT JERK IN CHARGE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE/BILLING, USA )sic) Mobility shuts off your phone/pager if your a day late, or tries to bill for something you are not responsible for//  Do you take pleasure in harassing customers with annoyance calls/pages for something thats your incompetent fault?  It's time to end thier monopoly, someone open a New Pager/phone service company , and put USA Mobility out of business, (or post advocacy to get rid of the Customer service Manager, S.O.A. B.

I work for a large group of physicians. Call/ page comes in at 7:30 pm. I'm not even on call today. one of 13 other guys is. Firstly, The system sucks. Service has been down for days in the last month. I don't handle any of the payments billing etc. I'm NOT on call. It is after business hours. Did I mention I am not on call anyway!!!!! Again I don't care. The service already sucks. So We all hate this service and plan to terminate using it anyway. now that they bothered me during my private home time; I hate them even more. Have the decency to call the office during business hours and speak to your contact person whom i pay to deal with this crap. Again did I mention I'm NOT EVEN ON CALL TODAY. Oh yeah where were you and your emergency concern when the system failed for 4 whole days in a row. You deserve and clearly are receiving the amount of respect you deserve --- NONE. I wrote this just to vent and displace my disgust and anger at your lack of professionalism or even common decency. Go pound sand --- if ya know what i mean. Pleasant dreams. Loser. I don't have to hope for your failure. It is assured by your crappy service --- Arch Wirelesss/USA mobility. If I cared more ( and I don't ) I'd report you to the better business bureau and any other regulatory agency that would listen to how bad you suck. But again, I don't care that much. BYE

Number appeared on my [work-issued] pager about 10 times in a row at zero dark 30 (wife not happy). The number turned out to be the Collections Department for Arch Wireless / USA Mobility.

I work for this company. there are several things you can do to not get these calls. 1 You could sign up for auto pay and have the money automatically paid from your checking account or credit card each month. 2 You could call USA Mobility customer service and choose 1 pager number from the account to be paged when the account is past due. If none of those works for you TRY JUST PAYING YOUR BILL ON TIME!!!! I mean if you just pay the bill on time then you will not hear from us!

Our doc's group has autopay for arch, but we still errantly have pagers disconnected periodically.  It's an incredible hassle to reach them and send them a copy of the payment.  Not a service oriented company.

This is the Collections Department from Arch Wireless.  The company I work for has a Corporate Account with them that includes about 50 pagers.  Their "Customer Service" (if you want to call it that) tells us we have a past-due amount on our bill (which we don't --- although they are steadfast in believing we have a past-due balance of $ 2.00 USD).  No, that is no joke ... they are sending Collection Pages for a $ 2.00 USD balance).

They also tell us that their Collection System sends two (2) pages to " ... a random pager in [our] account ... " when we have an outstanding balance.  That's fine.  I recognize this number now and simply ignore it, but it is really annoying when their "Collection System" sends those two (2) pages at 3:30 am.  ... and why does "random" always mean "my" pager?

Event Reminder
The 888 878-4997 number that called you is an autmoated call reminder to alert the user of an USA Mobility account to simply pay their bill.  If you call the number, you will not be able to talk to a live operator, you will only hear the message payment reminder.

To the Doctors group that is having a problem reaching USA Mobility. There phone number for customer service of non specialty account of 99 pagers or less is 866-206-6630 from 8am to 8pm EST If yours is a medical account (they are doctors after all) The number to call is 866-206-6635 8am to 8pm EST for billing and 24 hours for tech support (after 8pm the calls go to network operations). Uou may also reach the company by emailing customer.care@usamobility.com for more easy ways to contact the company visit http://www.usamobility.com and look under contact us.

Event Reminder
Hello!  I got the page too and after checking here I called Arch Wireless directly and the rep advised that the 888# is another way to remind you that your bill is due that day.  You also get another page a few days (12 days I think the rep said) BEFORE you are shut off.  If you think about it, it's a good idea for people who need reminders to pay their pager bill on time.  I guess if you pay your bill early then that would probably stop the extra pages.

They are stupid.

They sent me a new pager to an address that I had NEVER been at.
It was the address of my business phone's Voice mail building!!!
Somebdy smart googled me and called me.

Now they want to charge me for not returning the old pager--which I owned and brought in to them to set up.

HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE???
