I DID NOT GET A CALL - BUT THIS IS THE PHONE NUMBER FOR NUMEROUS COMPANIES RUNNUING A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is affiliated with numerous other companies - ALL RUNNUNING THE SAME SCAM.
They are charging credit cards $40.00/month without authorization.  The juice and teeth whitening business seems to be their way of getting credit card information.
These are just some of the companies - I have been billed by; CASHSAVERS;IBUILDWEATH; SOCIALMEDIA; DEBTTO; & FISCALFITNESS.

I never authorized any money to be withdrawn from my account!

On 6/3/2011 A DEBIT TO MY ACCOUNT FOR THE AMOUNT OF $30 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT BY PAYMENT ASSISTANCE. I CALLED ON THE 5TH OF JUNE THAT IT WAS AUTHORIZE AND I WANTED A REFUND. THEY SAID IT WAS CANCELLED AND I WOULD BE REFUNDED. THIS IS THE 13TH OF JUNE AND NO REFUND 1-866-235-7681 . IF I DO NOT GET MY REFUND IN THE NEXT 24 HOUR, I HAVE ALREADY TURNED TO MY BANK AS A FRAUD. AND I WILL GO THE DISTANCE TO REPORT TO THE FBI FOR LEGAL ACTION.

This company took $30.00 from my account as I took a pay day loan last week and todya funds were taken form this company-my pay day loan that I took said they areno affilatated with the company that took funds form me. I called the a***oles and told them that I will file police report and also contact better business buero and also contact my goveneor!

I don'tknow who this is why taking money out of my acct..

I  also was charged 30.00 for payday loan protection. I have never had a payday loan in my life , I am on a fixed income and cannot afford this. Most of the scams i have gotten my money back .The phone number on the check is 866-823-7265.When you call you get a recorded message telling you lines are all busy and to call another number or go to this web site. I did not catch the other number. I only got the 607 area code.

Call the number and keep calling it.. I just found the same thing with my checking acct. 30.00 taking out and I HAVE NO PAYDAY LOANS out and I would suggest to anyone who reads this do not ever take one of those out they are bad news... I got thru to a man who said no further charges would be takeing and in 7 to 10 business days the money would be returned so we see about that...

I had a $30 check debited from my account yesterday.  I called the bank because the check number is out of my normal sequence and was not authorized.  They will be returning the check for me but this number was listed on the check and it was payable to Payday Loan Protection, deposited to MetroBank.  I will be receiving a copy of the check in the mail from my bank.  Looks like I will be closing this account.

I just checked my banking account and $30.00 was debited from Payday Loan Protection and this  number was listed.  I did not authorize any debits from this company and have been trying to call them only to get a busy signal.

Just got a missed call from this number.

I was reviewing my checking account early this am, when I realized their was an unathorized debt of 30.00 from my account.   I instantly got on the phone with the bank and was given and 800 number that was used.  I have been calling 888-897-8045 since about 7:45am and getting busy signal.  At one point I did hear a message stating all circuits were busy and to try back.  I am going to my bank after work to dispute issue.  Some people are struggling with finaces and to take there money without permission makes no sense....

The only way you'll get your money from these crooks is to file a fraud complaint with your bank.  They won't refund it willingly.  That's what I did after 2 weeks of emailing these scammers and all they did was stall around and give me more lies when I never accessed their website or heard of them and certainly never authorized any charges.  Then I filed with my state's attorney general's office, the BBB of Utah, and the Internet Crimes Board.

You can't even submit anything to the website now the phone number is bunk and the website is bunk.  I called my bank the reversed the fee and put a stop payment on the check just goes to show are information is never safe and theres always some prick trying to steal your hard earned dough.

Did you hear anything about a refund? I've been fighting with these idiots since Jan. 12 2011 for the 30.00 refund, everytime they say they are going to refund my money, im told THERE WAS NO MONEY IN OUR ACCOUNT TO REFUND.. so it bounced back! wth!

New website now www.mypaydayloansupport.com.  They took $30 out of my account.  I called them they gave me a refund conformation # and said they would email the info, never got an email its been 10 days and no refund........... I?m calling them again.... and they better send the refund TODAY

I've been waiting since January 13th for a refund! have been told 3 different dates that the refund was sent out. the one lady JAMIE H.. told me that they didnt have money to RELEASE THE REFUND! how does that happen? when they took the money out of my account? big TIME SCAM COMPANY!

Called me and I ignored the number. later found that 30.00 was taken out of my account on the 25th of January. I did not authorize this. How can people just take money from an account without any authorization? How can banks authorize payment of any money without any authorization from the account holder? Banks need to be smarter and it looks like I have some phone calls to make to get this money back, damn scammers.

I never applied for a loan so they had no reason to take money out of my account but i got my money back so i am closing out my account and opening a new one at a new bank

Those b*****ds!  I had a $30 taken out of my bank account.  I have never received any kind of cash advance from anyone online.  My mother-in-law...the same thing.  We both have Chase...I wonder, is it the bank sending out this info?  Anyway I called 888-897-8045, selected option 1 to stay on hold and I was able to get a confirmation my money is to be refunded.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I received a phone call about a week ago, never answered, looked it up and saw all of your comments, checked my bank account and nothing was taken out. I just checked my bank account today and the $30 was taken out and it caused me to overdraft. I called my bank and they reversed the charge as well as the overdraft thank goodness! I will be changing my account info!

what has happend is you at some point applied for a payday loan and went through what they call a **broker**--third party--they went and sold your info to people who should not of gotten information in first place and they then went and submitted a **physical check with your routing number and account number** and claim you called them or wanted the service!!----simply go into your bank and dispute the check and once its credited back to your account,you want to go back to your bank and change account numbers!!!

***these people will continue to do small amounts out of your account until the bank finally wakes up and tells you to change account numbers***


just next time when your applying online for a cash advance payday loan,check to see if its the physical bank who will be giving the loan or they are a **broker** selling your info to the other guys--if so,its ok to put a fake rounting number and account number,because once it gets to the real bank and they go through the verification process they will ask you to verify or give them what bank you want to use for the electronic deposits!!!!

thats it,thats why you got money taking out of your account!!!!

Got another call from this number this morning.  He said he was from some pay day place.  He said that the call was being recorded.  I told him that I was glad the call was recorded becuase I was recording it as well.  My number is a state number and all of my calls are recorded.  I told him that I was going to forward the recording to our attorney general for further follow up.  I also told him that I knew this was a scam and that if I telephone number was not removed from their calling list---I will prosecute.

This happened to my father just recently... Everyones stories are the same except 2 weeks later they tried to take 148.50 out of his account. When called on this matter they say it wasn't them, but on the debit it gives the phone number 888-897-8045
