this is a collection agency they are rude to clients and I was rude back I told them to stop calling me and if and when ready to make payments I will send to the creditor hes like no you wont u will send to me I am like you dont boss me around a.. hole so I told him off and hong up anyhow if they call me again I will call the better business people and report to them and the protection branch canada and the reason why never paid the creditor was cause I got damaged unit and showed were the damages were he said well if you can pay the 1 hundred some what I will ask them to replace the unit I am like bull crap they will.
