I'm tired of these people blowing up my phone saying I owe them money stop calling my phone I don't even know who this is

Got a call for my X form this place. No names  didn't tell me anything. What ever this is my X Deffinitly dose DISERVE  this!!!! She is a Theif and ripsoff every body she is involved with

Have received many calls/voice mails from this number looking for someone that does not live in my home saying that they are going to stop by my residence or work for papers to be signed regarding a ''notice of intent.''. I finally called this number back and the company would not identify themselves or give any additional info. I asked that they stop calling and the woman on the phone said that she would remove my info.  Let's see if this works if not will take further actions legally to prevent this harassment.

received 2 calls in 2 days from someone. called the number left on the answering machine, and was told the computers were down and they would call me back. called the number again and my call was sent to a voice mail, for the claims department. guess someone will be at my home tomorrow and I was told to be available. i know this is a scam!

have received again several call for someone who's name sounds like mine.First message was left on voicemail saying if you don't push a number -it is you! Second call today man with file #.I had previous experience months ago with these calls and when I got fed up!!! I recently looked up Consumer Credit Helpers (no infected site, by the way) This very nice helpful gentleman helped me with these scum bag debt collectors. Calls stopped!! Not sure why your bash them, they are helping a lot of people including me!

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:
Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.
Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing!!!

Same thing, who are these people?? Does anyone know? Did they serve you papers back in December?

the same thing just happened to me. Who are these people?  They also called my mother in law.  She said that its harassment and she need their info to complain to her lawyer.  Someone has to stop these companies. They are trying to scare people.

A unknown number gave me a call yesterday  saying to call this number to resolved a lawsuit against me and I call she her name is Caroline said I had to 10 this morning to call her back to set up a payment on a loan I haven't made a payment on then a unknown number call me again today leaving a message saying she was calling to see if i got it reaolved if not she was coming to my job Friday between 12-5 to serve me to be available does anyone know if that can really happen??????

Received two calls within minutes a part.  Did not answer left message for someone that does not live here.
