These guys are still at it, just send the fax back with "SCAM - DO NOT CALL - WILL REPORT" and they won't call again.  Got our admit twice to listen but she smartly did some research and asked what to put on it to fax back so that they'd stop calling. They're now showing up as Anonymous to get through but don't fall for it - SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

Ya'll... its 2013 and these people are STILL scamming businesses.
I won't go into detail with my situation with them (because it's pretty much the same), but just note I did receive a UPS label for return - even though in their "policy" returns aren't allowed. I went back and forth sternly with them because the invoice that was sent was $1,771.59! NO WAY am I gunna pay that, especially for toner I never ordered - and our printers have a service agreement and we're under contract.

A "Rachel" argued with me that I needed to pay the invoice, or there will be a $900 restocking fee....Let's just say this: After all of the back and forth debating and the UPS label still wasn't sent, I would've kept the toners and not paid the invoice. I left a message for Jim Snodgrass stating that if they didn't want their supplies to go to waste, then don't send them to our business - because we WON'T pay and we WILL keep the supplies - Fair enough, huh? :) I think so, haha

Got called today, can't believe this scam still persists.

Crazy!  $349, "holding six boxes for you"

and the names today were "Shelly" and "Arik Price with an A"

Yeah right dude, they also said "your prices are going to increase to $399 per toner"...

I have fallen for their scam and am in the middle of trying to get money back etc. But I did go on the Better Business Bureus website yesterday and found them. I want to file a complaint and read one that had been filed for them. So that is a suggestion as to where to go and file a complaint. Good Luck!

I got the same kind of phone call. They started giving me prices and apologized that they did not notify my company about the increase in prices on ink toner... It's funny how they knew what kind of copier that I had though... I then got a phone call from a lady named Nicki stating that she will fax over the order and If I could just sign it and fax it right back to "get this taken care of today".
Okay, I played along and gave her my name and fax number. But I'm not signing S**t if I'm not 100% sure what it is and why I'm signing it....
I knew that we have a man who's contracted with us that usually comes by and brings us toner when needed. I thought there was a mix-up from the very beginning. So I called him and before I could finish asking the question he immediately said..."It's a scam, don't do it, they just want your money and they're a fake company acting like they have been providing supplies for your company"....
You know what, now that I think about it I do remember getting a phone call months ago by someone asking me what kind of copier machine I have.... and I told them exactly which one too..... Those B*****DS!!! Can someone please tell me how to report them.... I live in Fort Worth, TX. Their company is at 9854 National Blvd.#270, Los Angeles, CA. 90034

I am shaking right now I am so mad. I have never spoken to anyone the way I have spoken to "Brad" today. Granted, part of it is my fault for not researching this company OR the price for my toner. Which I have found is covered with my copier lease. Very stupid of me, but I was new to my job. This company has taken me for over $2,000 for "discounted" toner. Every couple months they call to tell me cheerfully that the next shipment is ready to go out. This is after they promise and verify to me that we have finished with the amount I was supposed to buy. Brad would not produce a summary or breakdown in writing today without "closing statement". In other words, he can't produce a contract. I've called IDCServco and they have been very agreeable and helpful about helping me stand up to him and refuse the "Last four" cartridges of toner at the low low price of $439. He just called me back furious after IDC notified him of my decision and tried to argue with me that I was under obligation because I had signed an invoice. Yes, but I didn't sign a contract. I could lose my job because of this d-bag (and my own stupidity). He will NOT send me any more cartridge and he WILL accept the return of the ones I haven't used for a full refund.

Our company recieved a call on 6/16/2011 stating that the price for our toner had gone up and was now $848.70 for 1 toner! Our toners are $36.00 for the one in question, we would have to order a huge amount to meet this.  The offer was the same for payment and shipping.  They called back the next day trying to get the fax sent back to them with a credit card number.  Beware this is a SCAM looking for the unexpecting person and the big company.

received a call from turner supply - made it seem as they were in-house (the university i work for), the initial customer service rep handed the phone to someone who stated his name was tony bell, they stated that the reason they were calling was due to an increase in price that i was not made aware about and that they were setting aside 3 boxes of toner at the old price - they faxed the invoice/order confirmation...i then called our xerox dept on campus and they confirmed that this was a scam.

I recently got a call from the same people, however, they did not say who they were. I am new in this position, so it seemed probable that we may have an existing relationship with them. I may very well have fallen for this scheme if they didn't call multiple times, send the fax so quickly, and I didn't just order ink a week ago.

I waited for the fax to look them up, couldn't find a website, and finally led me here. This site is awesome, thank you!

Company has a solid F rating with the BBB. Our experience was typical: An employee who identified herself as "new" was quickly overtaken by a more experienced seller (ours was a "Chris Keller") who said they were our regular supplier and told us the price of our toner was going up and we needed to respond immediately to secure six toners at the old price. (We are under contract with Ricoh and do not actually purchase toner from anyone, so my suspicions were raised.) "Chris" sent an Order Confirmation fax for me to sign authorizing the order; while the fax was coming through, I was filing an online complaint with the BBB. I got a call from Turner yesterday saying they will no longer contact us (because they got caught, natch). Everyone else who's got a beef with this company: Let everyone in your office know this is going around, and file with the BBB!

I repeatedly receive calls from this company and have received a fax "implying" they are a "supplier" for our copier... They call with the premise of knowing about our copier by mentioning the name of it. I tell them I receive toner locally etc. and they slam the phone down before I can ask to be removed from their call list. TODAY...I receive the call mentioning the name of our prior copy machine-don't even have it anymore..knowing you they are I ask, 'Who are you and what company are you from?" She replied,
"SHUT THE HELL UP LADY!: and humg up. I tried to do caller "69" to speak to a representative and the message was,"the last caller withheld their number". No kidding????? I am now going to fax this company and turn them in to the Better Business Bureau--which I believe they already have a record.

We were contacted by Turner Supply Company today and had the same experience as most posts on this site.
We were initially contacted by a woman from Turner Supply Company 2 months ago informing us we were not made aware of a price change on our Toner Supplies so she would like to extend to us a discount price at $349 each for the next 6 Toner Cartridges we ordered. She sent a fax request to confirm this and complete the first order. This came in the form of an "Order Confirmation" with our information on it, including our Printer information. We signed this and did recieve the product from the company and paid the first invoice that came in charging $349.
We received a call today (2 months later) from Carrie at Turner Supply claiming the Order Confirmation we signed was actually for 3 Cartridges and she was going to send these now along with billing for the extra 2. If we were to cancel the order the cancellation charge was going to be 40% of our total bill for 3 cartridges.
The representatives from this company are very difficult to deal with and become very angry and pushy. If this company contacts you or sends you anything do not agree to anything.

Same situation as Shells, but they called Private and the first call was a "new" guy, then 3 calls to my office from different men and a woman pressuring that we would lose the deal if the fax wasnt't returned swiftly.  Best thing to do is to call IDCServco immediately when you find out they're scammers and cancel the order and refuse the package if it arrives.

I am in the copier industry in Nashville, TN  These people are contacting my customers using my company's name and claiming that our prices are going up.  First of all, my customers have maintenance agreements that cover their supplies and there wouldn't be any charge to begin with.  Thankfully I have very intelligent customers that know I am the person of contact and they are very protective of people like this.  Nice try but got ya beat!

This just happened to me. A girl called and said she was new so man, "Eric Price" took over and told me that our toner was going up in price from $529 to $579, he some how new our copier model and what kind of ink we used. I order toner for a few different printers so I didnt remember that this particular printer we had a maintenance agreement on which includes our toner. He told me he'd set aside 6 at the cheaper price and that he'd send one now. I told him we didnt' need any now and that i'd let the appropriate person know that it was going up in price. He said he'd have someone call me back. I called the company our contract is through and they said quite a few people have called about this scammer. I hope he calls back so I can tell him off! So always beware!

Same thing happening to me today.  I got suspicious when I noticed that I needed to sign something.  I called them back and had them delete all information on me before I signed anything.

Thanks for the all information from everyone on here as I checked this page to confirm that is was indeed a scam.

Same story for us too, we are an organization from BC, Canada. I reported this to Xerox because I thought it was suspicious (and I did not see this website right away) and they said unfortunately they cannot really do anything about this. However I'm just wondering how this company is still able to carry on doing this and not get in trouble?

It's amazing what one person can be jailed for nowadays especially in North America (like carrying mj) and what you can get away with like this company!!!

FRAUD!! We get our toner through Ricoh directly - - they claimed that they had "increased" the price of toner from $439 to $489 without getting our approval, so, they were going to send us 6 boxes at the lower rate -- SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I had thought to search this on the internet.  Beginning last fall, I received many calls from several people (both men and women) trying to get me to order the toner at the lower price.  Unfortunately, I did sign the faxed paper and we received the toner.  But Fortunately, I am not the one who pays the bill and that person was not available to even pick up the bills until last week.  She said the price was too high and for me to return the toner.  Then suddenly I got a call from Cindy at IDCSERVCO yesterday. I told her that I planned to return the toner and she said I couldn't but they could give me a lower price. I got the number for Turner Supply company (not a toll free number).  Wanting to find a toll free number, I searched on the internet and found this information.  I've even searched People Finder with the number that Cindy at IDCSERVCO gave me.  It is an unpublished number for a land line in Santa Monica, CA.  I'm just thankful that no one paid for the toner! I will call IDCSERVCO again in an attempt to get an address for returning the toner. Who knows, I may end up with free toner, too!
