Chris Cowart is a target, and all of you losers that broke the law every minute of every work dayshould take a deep breath and think about that. Hundreds of millions of Americans hate you all, and I mean HATE!
I wouldn't be posting out here defending your illegal activities....it's way too easy to find you through your posts.
Speaking for many Americans, may you all develop larynx cancer so you can never return to your annoying and illegal outbound activities.

These guys call my phone all the time, Its also a cell phone. I was traveling in Germany, and the calls went to my Iphones voicemail, but I still racked up about 50 dollars in roaming charges because of them. I know I could have turned off the phone to avoid the charges, but I had to keep it on in case I needed to be contacted by someone from work. If pressing 2 actually took you off their call list I wouldnt have a problem, but its a scam just like the company is. I hope someone goes nuts and kills chris cowart! I would help take up a fund for their defense in court.

transcontinental was the first place to ever fire me. i have been working over 25 years. it was to my credit because i wouldn't "hammer" little old ladies into submission and am not comfotable with thie"hang up,next" policy on the phone with the public. i dont know about what the women had to do to get promoted but i never saw a female mgr in their sales dept. i did see convicts accepting credit card numbers from customers. i did hear higher ups talking about having sex with high school girlsthey let many talented sales people go and kept a bunch of lazy little punks with ankle bracelets from jail.janessa got kicked to the curb because she had the nerve to be sich and with cowart the creep that is unacceptable. it is ok to be out drunk or hungover though. transcontinental is far from the only one in town running this game

to andre u r a nice guy dont follow up on your next work plan its the same crap!!!
Anonymous 2011-06-06 21:06:10 Unknown
This should have been done long time ago. These guys, Josh Decker, Chris Samengili and Chris Cowart were a bunch of crooks. They treated their employees like garbage, and because they knew that the employees needed the job they hired and fired them as they please. For example, by not sim[ply
following the company's script was grounds for terminatiom. The employees had no say into anything period. Ninety-percent of the time employees pay-checks were wrong; and the most hurtful part was that if a customer cancelled the contract beyond 30 days it was charged back to them. As a former T.O., I regret the day when I came across these buhch of loosers, and I hope that they are dealt with accordingly.

Don't be fooled by the posters claiming satisfaction. They are obviously company shills. The fact that they ignore the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY proves they are criminals. Don't buy anything from phone solicitors!!!!!
David Dee 2011-06-06 21:06:10 Unknown
Well, OH YEAH, maybe thats why you were treated like dirt. No puttie outie, no pay raises and promotions.
miri 2011-06-06 21:06:10 Unknown

miri 2011-06-06 21:06:10 Unknown

"Do unto others, right?"
Not in all cases. If someone steals, we do not steal from them. Instead, we send them to prison.
Hopefully there will be more than a few prison years ahead for the people responsible for this scam.
a conscience 2011-06-06 21:06:10 Unknown
It is really nice to have a conscience about the people you try to help each day...I wonder how well, those people, were thinking about the people and not themselves...how many old people they ripped off....how many people on their last buck they postdated so they could actually get the sale...how many people they ran their credit cards and when they saw they were overdrawn they still processed the charge..Are they sleeping soundly now ? i guess they might when they get caught.
Ed 2011-06-06 21:06:10 Unknown
Look folks, the fact that this company manipulatively found a way to by-pass the do-not-call system/law should be all you need to know about the kind of company they are. These calls are a flagrant violation of privacy and I'm glad they've been sued by the FTC.
MEE 2011-06-06 21:06:10 Unknown
HEY PEOPLE! JUST TO LET YOU KNOW THIS COMPANY WAS JUST SHUT DOWN BY THE FTC!! :) :) BASTARDS
Janessa 2011-06-06 21:06:10 Unknown
I never tried to stop anyone's company, I didn't have to. I decided when I left that place that I would just leave it alone, "good ridden" I guess you could say. I knew that karma would catch up with them, I even told Chris Cowart that before I finally left. To be honest, I feel bad for him. Considering all that I went through before leaving that job..you would think I wouldn't have an ounce of compassion for that man, but believe it or not, I do. If it was up to me, this could all be erased and everyone would be given a second chance..its like that movie with Ebenezer Scrooge when he goes into the past, present and future..and finally at the end of the movie he gets a second chance at the decisions he was making and becomes a better person before it's too late. It's just a shame. Everyone who knew Chris, knew that he had the capacity to be a good person but the bad eventually outweighed the good and the end result is this. I think it's sad. I'm not mad and I have no desire to "get even", I'm just going to consider this a lesson learned and move on with my life. Time heals.

Former and recently former employees....... I hope that you contract a nasty disease that bothers you night and day for months on end. An itch that makes you scratch until you bleed, then the sores fester for months, never quite healing.
Now you will understand how nearly 75 million Americans felt under the battery of your illegal activities.
If you were drug dealers and prostitutes you would have been in better company. We could have (and most likely would have) chosen to ignore you. But noooooo, you had to go into this illegal activity that intruded upon people's lives - calls that rang when news about a deathly ill close relative or friend was expected, time that should have been best spent with family around a dinner, cutting into people that were getting ready for an important job interview.
You chose to be Pimp Chris Cowart's AIDs infected w***es, spreading the disease while in your small little minds that you were "taking care of your family and finances." Uh huh. I hope that you don't land a job for years, and that welfare runs out on your azzes.

I have received repeated calls on the cell phone issued to me by my employer, a sub-agency of the US Dept. of Defense. After trying the "press 2 to have your number removed" option to no avail, the next time I was called by them I pressed 1 to speak to a live agent.
I told him that the number they were making unsolicited sales calls to was a cell number owned and operated by the US Gov't, and that if they insisted on breaking federal law they might at least consider not doing it to federal employees. I was then told "Why don't you learn to press 2, you f^^^ing idiot!" and then hung up on.
anonymous 2011-06-06 21:06:10 Unknown
to jim p sounds like what i heard every time i worked in that snakepit
Devon Hensley 2011-06-06 21:06:10 Unknown
This number called me and I bought a warranty because they told me they were from GM. I've since tried to call both numbers. And every time it's busy. I just want to know who to call to report them!!!!!!!!!! And get my money back!
Drew 2011-06-06 21:06:10 Unknown
Ten minutes with that jerk. Just ten minutes, I'll take five. For all the moments in my life those scum suckers wasted I just want to return the favor.
My favorite partof some calls:
"Yes I'm interested, may I ask with whom I will be insuring myself with?"
-Click- (from their end)
Dave 2011-06-06 21:06:10 Unknown
If you purchase the warranty, call your credit card company and have it canceled.
anonymous 2011-06-06 21:06:10 Unknown
if you bought a warranty by phone since/5/15/09 its not transamerica. the feds shut them down and locked the place up!! but dont think theyare the onlyphone scam in towm.
