Stacie, thank you for your post.  I called our phone company to find out what this charge was for and they could provide me with no information.  Your post  helped me realize the calls were legit.

It's for Bank of America.  In order to obtain a credit reference for a Bank of America customer you must fax your request to this number.  The credit references cost $10 for regular response time or $25 for same day response time.

recieved 3 charges for $25 each on our fax. do now know what it is for...

received two charges for this numbers on our fax line.  we now have our all 900/976 calls blocked.

Received 2 charges for this number on our fax line.  I do not know where these calls are going to.
