I work at a Long Distance company and I have a client who's charged 51.73$ for each DAOPAY call or sms. I have no clue why he's charged and how it came on his phone bill since they say it's a very secured site. Are your daughters aware of how this thing works??  All info would be great.  Thanks

SO WHAT THE F**K IS DAOPAY OR WHATEVER THIS COMPANY CALLS THEMSELVES??? I VE NEVER HEARD OF THEM BEFORE UP UNTIL YESTERDAY WHEN I GOT MY PHONE BILL AND ALMOST FELL OFF MY CHAIR WHEN I SAW THAT OUR BILL WAS ALMOST $250.. AND $93.56 OF THOSE CHARGES APPARENTLY BELONGS TO DAOPAY... I FOUND OUT FROM MY 15 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WHAT DAOPAY IS USED FOR AND GUESS WHAT I DONT EVEN USE OUR COMPUTER!! THE DATE FOR THE CHARGES SAID JUNE 27 2013 SO I KNOW THAT IT WAS NOT MY KIDS WHO MADE ANY CALLS THEY WERE STILL IN SCHOOL!! SO DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE IAM A SINGLE MOM OF TWO GIRLS AND REALLY IF I COULD AFFORD $100 TO SPLURGE ON MYSELF O WHATEVER YOU CAN GARUNTEE THAT IT WOULD SURELY NOT BE SPENT ON DAOPAY!!!!

this is a company like paypal for kids. It lets your kids call a 900 number and bill their online gaming credits to YOU. Your kid called it, or your kids friend. In Canada you call phone company and tell them to remove thae charge and they HAVE to. Daopay can come after you but they won't their too busy raking in money.

We have several calls billed to our phone from 900-783-6262 as well as 900-528-8008, 900-528-6811 which amount to more than $700.  How can I stop these calls?  Are they being made through our computer?  How are they attaching themselves to our phone bill?

Charges have been added to my account through 1-900 numbers through DAOPAY and I have inquired through Bell what to do with this.  I am on ODSP and live off $700 per month.  My Bell bill has escalated to an amount that is erroneus.  I believe it is someone with a PS3 and has taken the liberty of adding all these 1-900 charges.  As of now I have received a particular amount in credits as they go through my bills. I am behind on my payments and I am a heart patient and a cancer patient on Warfarin and I do not need my phone cut off as I have to call for an ambulance and get right to the hospital.  If I could have someone get in touch with me regarding this matter as soon as possible.  I put a 1-900 block on my phone as of Jan. 22/2010 and I have changed my password.  Hopefully this will stop all of these calls and I can continue with Bell in a proper manner.  Thank you...Rose Mary Harrison
