They keep calling even though I am on the no-call list.  I hit one and told them to take my name off their calling list,  and they hung up on me.  Hate it.

I called the number back and a guy named Rob answered the phone stating this was"account services" but would not tell me account services for what.   After I continued to press him he hung us; i called back and the mailbox was full.   this is definitely a SCAM<>

Apparently Rob, who is phishing for credit card information, forgot to empty his mailbox, because its full.

I got a call from this number to today. When I called the number, the message said that "the mailbox for 'I am a do***e bag' is full". Looking at the other comments, it seems like this company has an army of minions who call and then have bogus message services. It appears that being on the Do Not Call List does not stop these idiots from calling...

I just received a call from Wayne Jones - waiting until pick up and talked with VERY RUDE "Anita".  I asked her to take me off the list and she hung up on me.  They are now in my blocked list.  Tried to leave message - but mailbox is full.

just got one, same exact as everyone else. Im  determined to mess with them now. going to give them bogus info and see what happens. at the least I can piss them off for once

Yeah, they call me a few times a week.  I'm in MN and every time I ask them where they're from, they tell me "Account Services."  Apparently, this illegal scam of a business is based in Orlando, FL and they try to obtain your credit card and personal info over the phone.  This is an illegal operation and they hang up as soon as you ask a question or request that they don't call you anymore.

i get calls from these two numbers also the 9012684934 and when i press one to tell them to stop calling me they just hang up and when i call back the mail box is full so this is definetly a scam

This is a scam going around. They charge people to help them lower their interest rates then you never hear from them again. It just auto dials every number hoping people pick up--regardless if you're on the Do Not Call List.

Also got a call from this  number with "wayne jones" as a name on caller ID....I pressed 1 so I could tell them to STOP calling and when they answered she said "account services" Did you call to lower your credit cards rates?  I said no, I want you to stop calling me...She asked me if I had a mastercard or visa..when I told her "NO" she was very rude and hung up on me!

Just got this call too, they are robo dialing like crazy.

Received 3 calls within a 15 minute time frame from this number. Didn't answer any of them. Also received calls from 216-501-2998 earlier this morning (about 3 of them as well). After doing research on the 216 number, I have found that both numbers say they are calling to "lower interest rates on credit cards" and will ask for your 16-digit credit card number if you say you are interested (obviously a scam). They are using random innocent people's cell phone numbers to post on caller id when they call, so if you call it back (like a lot of people did on the 216 number and they reached an innocent guy who just happened to have his cell number being used as the number they are using to show up on caller id when they call people), you are most likely not even calling these scumbags.

Just received call from call saying that my interest rate had been lower  on my credit card and to take advantage of it press 1 to talk to a customer representative.  I normally don't do it, but this time I wanted to see who is calling.  So when the guy answered, I asked what credit card company he was with. and he replied " does it matter?"  I said yes, and he said " stop being so f --kin nosy, and hung up on me.  I tried to call the number back to report it, but it says mail box is full.

Rec'd a call on my cell phone from this number - did not answer as I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize.

I just got a call on my sell phone which I share minutes with 2 others so I did not answer, googled the number instead.  glad I did not answer.  I hate to waste minutes on people I don't know

Just got one in Chicago area.  Hit 0 and the automated message hung up.  Called back - but like the others - mailbox is full.  I'm also on the Do Not Call list.  Unsolicited marketing calls and texts to my cell are annoying.  At least I don't get charged for incoming calls or texts (US Cellular) otherwise I'd be pretty mad.
