This number just called me. I answered & they asked for a "Michael Dollar." I told them I don't even know who that is. & she said would take my number off the list. Also, I've gotten calls before asking for him but that was quite a few months back & was from a different number

Got a missed call, called back and found it to be the Methodist business office. Hit 2 and was transferred to an actual person, who was able to provide details on unpaid medical stuff from my son's birth. We typically pay off any medical bills immediately, but it's entirely possible one slipped through with all of the mail we'd got pertaining to him lately. I have to double check against all of the other records we have for him, but at least in my case it seems to be a valid owed balance after insurance paid their amount.
Seemed very polite, and offered to send me another statement that was forward-dated so I'd have time to review it.
I'm marking it as "debt collector" because they are collecting money that I probably owe, but it's not like Senex or one of the third party collections offices that are engaged in really s****y business practices that are much harder to deal with.
A frriend had cancer an had his voice box removed. I am taking care of him . I have been getting calls at my house from R A P . He was at Methodist an went thru the clinic. He was told as long as he could pay something each month it would be OK. They will not talk to me because I am not his wife or have power of attorney but they are calling everyday. . I would like this to stop.

This number calls several times, but never answers when the call is returned. It is on the verge of harrasment. Unknown what the intent of the call is.
these people call here all of the time! several calls in a row, but they hang up after it rings one time. If I call back, it says that phone number is no longer in service.
Someone from this number called our house then turn around and called my cell phone. Both times they were very hateful not sure who they are but please make them stop. I work 3rds and they just keep calling! who are they and what do they want?

Yep, they will annoy you forever.... even when you have a plan worked out.... they work on commission I do believe. I had four surgeries in 22 months, most from an infection that came from Methodist Hospital, $207,00.00, yep, $207,000.00 later, they got all of it but 1750.00 from my insurance company and the only thing that did not get paid was $250.00 that the insurance claims was overbilling... guess who they are bugging for the $250.00...... Lost 8 months of work because of them.....
I agree...I hang up each and every time. When and if a person calls, I'll be glad to talk to them!!

They keep calling about a bill that was cleared on a bankruptcy. Yes you are correct these are some DUMB IDIOTS that dont understand anything. no not dumb STUPID
I had to work out a payment plan when both my daughter and I had surgery within weeks of each other. Most was covered by health insurance. We still owed the deductible and out of pocket and I worked out a payment plan with them. Payments are due on the 3rd of each month (I get paid on the last day of the month). Every month, beginning a week before the next bill is due, they call me wanting the next payment. I remind them the bill isn't due for another week, where they tell me they need at least 4 days for processing. My bill has always cleared the day of or the day before it was due. I wish they would quit calling until AFTER its late!
This company sucks! They send you a non-itemized bill. Then when you call, they don't answer. All you get is an answering machine. Then when they do call you back, it's at 5:50PM, long after you have left your office. And to top things off, they expect you to leave a message on their system, but they don't have the courtesy or intelligence to leave a message on your system. Somebody's head needs to role for having such an inefficient department.
