It's annoying to get calls you don't want, but what you said is stupid. People leave their phones on because we aren't insensitive a holes and we have friends and family. In case they have an emergency and need our help and we care enough to want to help them. Horrible advice and shows you are an insensitive prick that probably doesn't have many real friends and family. Don't do he/she/it  does.

early morning calls! no voicemail. but alot of people on these sites have said that its a Medicare call, so ill try to call them and gget off their list

So far, I have received 5 calls from 901 881 4493 in the a.m., usually same time.  I have had an unlisted numnber forever and am on the DNCL.  What good does this do?  I do not pick up calls that I do not recognize; however, I was expecting a call at the same time this call came in one morning and  I accidentally picked up and kept saying hello -- there was no answer.  I think these annoying inconsiderate interruptive buffons should be put in prison.

Another one of many long distance calls that I have been receiving for Months now!  I don't answer anymore, then I look them up and they are always bad numbers.  If you don't know who is calling' don't bother to pleasure them with an answer.  Now I just let them ring and unplug!  I know why they are calling, and  I never give info over the phone or internet. If they have more time than money....they should get a job!

I get calls from similar numbers at least 5 times a day, in between my numerous trips to my po box only to pick up several pounds of junk mail from the same people.  Most of these calls are scammers using war dialers and/or computers that generate phone numbers and then automatically call the numbers spewing forth their pre-recorded garbage. If you respond in any way, they will know they have an active number, and their computer will record the number. The do not call list is an absolute joke. Our government should make this crap illegal and put these people in jail - but that will never happen as long as the almighty dollar is considered more important than any other aspect of life. This is what we get for prioritizing motive for profit. Let's hear it for the "free market". Sometimes we do need regulation. This is a classic example.

All that shows up on Caller ID is Memphis, TN; I live in Oklahoma & do not do business with anyone in Tennesseee. No message was left. I pay dearly for an unlisted number and resent these calls!

we're on fed dncl...been getting this number calling in morning...been ignoring numbers like this but have been missing some legit ld calls...we get so many of these calls it's getting hard to do business as we're constantly interrupted...have paid for call reject but as soon as you put one on reject list two more seem to pop up...any ideas out there would be appreciated....

Just got a back to back call from this number, didn't answer either call. No voice mail left.

I know you can register a complaint with the FCC, but they don't do anything about it.  However, if enough of us do that maybe they will pay attention.  Just think, they could pay off the National Debt with the fines they could collect from these companies for every call they make.

This number called the house around noon and apparently left a message playing music. This seems suspicious.

I live in TN get a call from this #  at least once a week!!!

This number called me on my cell and woke me up. Called on my cell I early morning. When I answered, caller hung up.

They called me at 12:23 pm, They didn't leave a message, so I called the number back the recording said
"If we called you by mistake press 9 on your keypad and we will try to remove you from our affiliate client list."

People do not answer when you answer the phone.. probably a number to go to don't call registery to stop them...Should not have to go to this kind of site to find  information about a phone call.

Go to donotcall.gov and report also to your phone company.

This number has been calling me, and I did get voice mail and it said something about Medicare, which I am sure is a scheme or scam. It says to press 2 to remove from their "affiliate" list. does not sound legitimate at all. only calls my cell not home phone.

I also just got a call from this number.  I get calls at least 4 times a week.  They are all different numbers and are scammers.  Some want credit info.  I do not answer these calls at all.  I am reporting this to my Internet telephone service provider to see what they can do to help.  This is getting to be ridiculous.

I also live in Texas & have been getting alot of different numbers such as this one.  They leave no message; so therefore it must not be that importants.  I know of no one in Tennessee.

I am tired of getting unwanted calls from folks when I am on the do not call list.

Do what I do, turn your phone OFF at 9pm and back on again when you wake up. Fixed!   People tell me they HAVE to leave their phone on, what if someone in the family died?  Well, my answer is, they will still be dead in the morning and I will take do whatever I have to do THEN, but I'll do it better if I have a good night's sleep.
