Got a call, I answered, a guy said it was someone from the Texas State Troopers Association and it was time for me to pay my dues. I said I needed to get my dad, and they hung up.

Keep getting calls from this number almost every day! They will not say anything. Its very annoying when you say hello and all you hear is breathing and occasional person in the background. Idiots! Speak up or dont call! I am not a crook.
