Google search says this is First Cash Advance in Tyler, TX.  They do the same thing as 262-704-9780, by calling repeatedly without leaving a message.  The other number claims it is affiliated with Kohl's, but they deny being tied to it.  I know my bills are in order, so this just seems like harassment from both.
