finally answered one of the many calls and it's smart shopper to congratulate me on how i've handled my account. they then go on to tell me i will be receiving a $50 restaurant.com gift card...blah blah blah and 10 min later you find out that they want to charge your card $4.95 for s&h and some identity protection plan that you can cancel in 30 days yada yada yada. When I told them I was not interested they got rude real fast and hung up on me.

I had to send them a Cease and desist all contact  to get them to stop.  Phone calls were useless.  
The C&D got their attention and they stopped...    Cost me around $5.80 or so  at USPS,  but worth every penny.

\they kept sending me magazines last year and I called them several times and told them to not send me magazines. They say they are free. I say I don't want them. but they send them anyway. I got their number and told them to not send me anything & put me on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Apparently, they did not take me off their list because,  the year passed and now they have called me several times. I have told them repeatedly to take me off their list.
