I forgot to mention that I received a call right before I did a Google search.  My answer machine picked up and there was a long period before the person/recording began.  The recording started and got the first sentence out and stopped.   My answer machine did not have anything on it after I listen when the answer machine picked up and the recording started.  I only heard that I need to contact what sound like Tanya, then the recording stopped.

The location for this number is not correct.  It is a landline in Texarkana, Texas.
