Just got another phone call saying they are going to arrests me on Monday. Can they actually do that ?? I don't owe money but now they are messing with my job

DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. IT IS A SCAM. I swear people from India are garbage. There country is soooo poor that they need to try to scam americans. They are not calling from texas. they are in india..

These people are calling from India. They have a VOIP phone system. It's a scam. The phone system is cloud based. I had one for my business. What I did was put there phone number in for payday loans and insurance quotes.. Too funny.

I just got a call on my cell and work from a Robert Smith. I called back and was switched to Austin Black and I got the same threat.  Cops are coming to my office Friday to arrest me.  They are now from Wilson and Bennett law firm in Bells Savoy, Tx.  Couldn't find any Wilson and Bennett looking for an OOCR option where I pay $1216.32 to clear this up.  Scam I take it.  Did shake me up a bit.

I got a call at my home from 903 965 6200 a suppose to be law firm wilton and white asking to speak to my fiance the first time they called i would just hang up the phone he called nine times i told him to stop f----in  callin here and i hangup he called back and told me to suck his co-----k why are people allowed to do stuff like this to honest people.

Do not buy into this!! I got scared when they said i was going to be arrested and payed them $300 and found out it was a total scam !!

They are trying the same thing with me. Don't worry about.

They called today saying they was getting an arrest warrant for me on Friday. They named my employer and said they were going to call them but I called their bluff and told them they were listed on the fraud network and they just hung up!

yeah a guy name Daniel Parker from wilson & white investigator, said he was going to have me arrested on Friday, if i didn't return the phone call. yes it's true they say their names are american names but i can't understand a word they say.

I just wrote a complaint to the Ohio Attorney General.  If enough people write the Attorney General of their state, then maybe we can stop these scam artist.

Called several times today...but I told them to send me the papers. Then he got rude...and I got rude back...

I received a voice mail message at work and on my cell phone.  I think he said it's time sensitive information and either my attorney or myself must call.  I did recently apply for a loan online and get non stop calls but I have never received a harassing call.  I would never return the call so I was glad to find this website to confirm my suspicions.

They just called me a few minutes ago I am calling. the commonweath attorney and several other media to let people know.

Received a call at work from this number stating I am being sued for fraud for a online loan which I never did receive. Threating me with arrest.

I almost lost my job of 23years to this c**** jockey how do i get them to stop calling my work

I got all the info abt this place i called them back and told them they are scammers, they said you did your homework, and i will still have to go to court. i told them to send the cops or send me a court date so i can tell them who they really are, i got hung up on!!!

here we go again 1st Albert Smith then switched his name to Robert Smith and then again to Alex Smith stating that it was a legal emergency with the Wilson and White Law firm. Again they knew the last four #'s of my social HOPEFUL that they do not have my entire social. They tried my cell phone # and then my work # and when i started to question them on what and for what they hung up. wanted to verify address so they could send police to arrest me unless I PAID some ungodly amount of money........ Nice try I just hope they just don't get a hold of some poor elderly persons bank account, if someone didnt know better they could scare the crap out of some one.

And once more I received a call from Jack Lewis at my work number and when I tried to call back, I got a busy signal.  These people need to stop!!!!!!!!!

This person keeps calling and has a machine to alter their voice.  They changed phone numbers cause it started with a number in california.  They have called my work stating I owe on a loan and they have legal papers sent to me on Monday.  This is such a joke.  Don't fall for this.  Report them to the Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau.

Say you owe money to a REAL payday advance place, They will try to contact you if they cant get ahold of you they will take you to court and try to get there money back.

I got a call from this number yesterday telling me i have charges against me, they said i have a bank loan and never paid it back. It funny because i dont have a bank account, They wanted me to pay $550 asap or i will be arrested. I went to make a police report about it this morning and they told me it sounds like a scam!!!! Dont be fooled by this number!!!

This number just called me also. Indian voice with the name Erica Perkins. This isn't the first time these scammers have tried to fool me.

Just got a call saying that I would have a court date and that the cops would arrest me on Friday.  They somehow knew at least the last 4 of my social,  I just hope they don't have the whole thing! I told him to stop scamming and not call back.

Received the same call about if I did not pay up what I owe they would arrest me on Friday they said they were with wilson and white law firm. I googled them and made them aware of Someone misrepresenting themselves fraudulently in their name, also did reverse phone lookup and this person lives on s pecan street in bells county Texas did not get a name due to extra money but satellite looked at the neighborhood as well they are all houses on that block

They called and said I was to have my attorney call them...I may just do that lol call and threaten them..dumbasses!!

These people have called me at work two days in a row, stating that I was goes to be arrested for not paying a fictitious payday loan.

I just got the call, saying I didn't get a loan but I owe finance fees...what sense does that make and year, I never had a freaking back account! They are scammers. I don't trust anyone who calls with an Indian accent!

My guy was Scott Harris then when I called them back his name was mike at a law office I said what is your firms name he said why do you need to know.  No law office talks like that ever if its legal we tell you.

These peple give indian people a bad name and they need to get real jobs. They use satelights to get phone numbers in America they are not even here and let me tell you the police could care less if you owe money.
