Some Stephanie called me this morning asking for my husband left me a message to call back, I didn't answer because I didn't know the number but thanks to the comments I know not to, tired of this people!!!!!

I just received call call from Mrs. Welch,  asking for my husband and saying that he need to call back concerning a legal matter.... i don't answer if I don't know you. Thanks to all these comments I didn't call back.  

they wont give you any information on who the debtor is, just tell you, you have to pay them, umm excuse me, but my debts are paid..........

To ALL, this is just a debt company. Before, if you, return a call, do your research. a legal attorney dealing with a claim will give you specific details and names and numbers. additionally, no debt collectors will be using an attorney for an amount less than 2500... since that is the maximum that they can take you to court for.
nonetheless, unless you receive the summons in your hands, i would suggest to disregard all these phony calls.
i did my research on this company and yes, all they are is a debt collector company.
i dont own them s....t...so they can go to hell for what i care.

These guys are total do***e bags.  Left me messages, I refuse to take their calls.  I will not respond to their bull $hit bullying antics.  Far as I'm concerned, they can go fook themselves in the ear!  Just sayin'

I received a call from this number from Paul Webb, who claimed to be from a law firm. He transferred me to Mr. Hall (who coincidentally sounded EXACTLY like Mr. Webb), who insisted I owed more than $1000. He asked me to call back at 3 p.m. after calling my family to borrow money! When I told him that was not possible he verbally abused me. When I asked him to moderate his tone if he was interested in continuing our conversation he hung up on me.

I received a message from this number from a Stephanie Michaels, stating, "it seems as though you have gotten yourself into a situation with one of my clients...." Blah blah blah!! When I called back she answered stating a different company name. Fishy to me. She could not tell me who her client was, but said that I owed 1200$! I told her I didn't care because I was filing bankruptcy, and I'd let my lawyer handle it. She got angry. She said that it wouldn't go on my credit, because it is considered a theft, and that I would be arrested. I told her to send over the cops, I didn't care. I called my local police station, they said that its a civil matter. People don't get arrested for not paying a bill. Needless to say, cops never came to arrest me, and I never heard from them again. The last time being in October 2012. Before that, they called weekly!

Same for me, I also heard that what they are doing is against the law.

I just received a phone message from this number her name is Stephine saying she was from a law firm and my file just came across her desk and it is extremly important to give her a call back. But thanks to your previoius notes I know they are some sort of debt collector :)

Some guy called me and wouldn't tell me the name of the company. They had no account number and threatened to have me arrested if I didn't pay them within the hour. He said if I didn't pay, the police would ve at my door in the morning. When I asked about other options he saod there where non because he knows I wouldnt pay a dime. I thank him for his time and hung up. I called back and the amount due was different. And I'm pretty sure the name was differnt too, but the voice was the same.

It is a debt collector and they are rude and hateful. I ignore all of their phone calls.

Someone claiming to be with the law firm of Franklin, Ross & Assocs attempting to "help" me out of my situation. I'm pretty sure it's a debt collector.

Who is it?
