It must be a text message, but since I have them blocked it does not get through to my phone when I attempt to answer. I did attempt to call back (since my phone posts my number as private) and got no answer.

This number, 904-263-5221, calls my mother's phone number and says nothing.  My mother is going on 91 years of age and it is difficult for her to get to the phone.  This caller should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  And then some.

They are calling my number and not talking I call back and ask why they are calling my number no explanation  and Avery day same thing. Day after day. I am considering this harassment.

Do not call them back.  It is a sales pitch:)

They texted me with this number from a 386 area code number to "please call"... I recommend you don't bother... they are telemarketers!

Yup, received a text from 386-383-9493 to please call 904-263-5221. Don't know either number and not responding. Just sharing info to add to your comments to help save others from getting scammed. Thanks for sharing.

I received a text from another bogus number to call this number.  It is a recorded sales pitch.

Same thing here. I called 1.800.837.1239 at the claimed USA Utility Experts and spoke with "Michael". I got the number from one of these blogs. Although I continuously persisted they lose my number, he continued to talk over me. I made some more aggressive comments and he hung up. For being a "nonprofit organization" they sure have a terrible business ethic. What a joke.

I got the ASAP txt too, a lot sines I applied for a job online....I think it was a fake fast food job site...

Received a text message from 386-383-8608 saying "Please call 904-263-5221".  Called the number and got a prerecorded message about receiving money for roof repair.  Pressed "1" to get connected to a representative.  Spoke with a guy who said that he was working for Gary Guichard.  Looked up Gary Guichard and found the following contact info:

Day 2, received another SMS on my Googletalk account to call this number.  My Googletalk number is only known to my children's mother, and not published anywhere.

Even though Caller ID 'shows' a number, there's ways this can be manipulated by anyone.  Calling the person back from the number displayed and threatening people isn't the right way to handle this.  You could be threatening an innocent person.

The more people that continue posting and keying on the spammed number, the more likely someone wanting to pursue getting legal advice can get something accomplished.

it's an ad for a home repair company or something.  i'm curious where they got our numbers...could be a list- i did sign up via text for a free hybrid car thru a local tv station about a week or two ago...wondering if they sold the numbers.

anyway, it says to unsubscribe- press 3 ( i think it was 3).

It appears this started happening at the beginning of the month or shortly before , i just received this same text, the fwd fwd fwd ( thats a red flag there) but its funny because its the same kinda fwd ( 3 fwd and they appear like this
