This man with a foreign accent left a message saying that if I didnt call him back in reference to this matter, he would send a letter to the credit bureau, my employer, and to my refetences. Then said someone from the state would come to my house to serve a warrent and arrest me.

this man called me at work took 1 hr 30 minutes of my time to tell me pay him or he will upload a warrant into the county court house. i am a college student with not much of a record if you get a call do NOT ANSWER IT IS A SCAM

I recieved a phone call from this number saying he was from the State Investigation Department, and he needs me to call him back regarding "Maggie".  Now, this call came from a Florida cellphone number...and I'm a resident of WI.  He used my last name as my first name, and continued to call me Steele throughout the message.  This is a scam, the WI Investigation Department wouldn't be calling me from Florida.

Its a scam, report to your local authorities if they continue to call.

It's a scam, I told them I reported the number to the police dept, and do not call again. If they call again tell them that.. The man who is a foreigner said FU to me.
