The person calls and says they are taking me to court and wont give me the court of where this suppose to be filed at so I can call the clerk of courts and look the information up.  It's a bogus collection agency beware

Anyway, yeah, we get these calls too. I've already reported them on the Do Not Call site. If they persist I will look into contacting local authorities.

You think it's funny to make nuisance calls to people, just like a 10 year old boy would think however you lack the wit and intelligence of a 10 year old.

I can't imagine any work as undignified, as down right humiliating as working in telemarketing. I have received 12 calls from this number in the last 2 weeks. Last night, they called at 9PM but didn't leave a message. This morning, they called at 7AM and again did not leave a message. I've tried calling them back but of course, no one answers. I am reporting them not only to the police but also to the phone company. Don't they have anything better to do with their time?

Numerous calls from this number at different times of the day. When answered-no oe on line.

They keep calling our business several times in the last hour. They say nothing..... Scammers if you ask me!

Also, filing a companint on the Do Not Call website would not hurt.
Google it.  Make sure it's the official government one.

I had the exact same problem described my many above.

Allstate Energy

They called one of my numbers 4 times on 4 straight days, and my other number once.

The problems:
1) Both numbers are registered on the National Do Not Call List
2) There was NEVER anybody on the other end to tell them to stop calling.
3) Calling that number back, no one ever picked up.

Hopefully I found the answer to make them stop calling.  Only time will tell.

Sorry if this is already stated above.  I did not read every post above.

Today I did a search for Allstate Energy in Jacksonville, FL, using SuperPages

2 listings came up.

Only one phone number worked:

When I called, a man answered, "Marketing".

I politely told him what had been happening, and asked him if (904)372-9750 was his number.

He said "We have so many numbers, I have no idea if that's ours."

I told him the Caller ID says "Allstate Energy", and he said "That's us!"

I continued to politely explain that I wish to have both numbers removed, and he was very nice about it.  I told him I thought it was unfair that there was never anybody on the other end of the phone to tell to stop calling, and calling back that number produced no answer.

I also told him I never should have gotten the calls because both numbers are on the Do Not Call list.

He explained to me about the dialer, and how it may be cranked up too high, and may be dialing when all of their people are talking, and how they make 500,000 calls per day.

He told me I would never her from them again.

I said thanks, and that was it.

Hopefully, that will be that.

We are receiving unwanted calls from 904-372-9750 several times per week.  Please cease and desist  these nuisance calls.

Every day, all times of the day and now it is also happening at night. You answer no one says one word. Just now it is 8:38 pm I answered and it seemed to me like they were on the phone longer then before. Called back and no one answer. WHAT IS UP ALLSTATE ENERGY? Rec'd 5 calls, an both my home and cell. Have answered each time and told the person that I was not interested and don't call again.  When I tried to call the number, I got a fax machine. This evening, I got another call ans the woman identified the company as  Citizens Choice Energy. I sent an e-mail complaint to Citizens Choice Energy, located in Teaneck NJ. I am not optimistic about getting a positive response.

I keep receiving calls, but there is no message left other than the phone company recording "if you would like to make a call.."

Received a call 9/15/11at 8:30 PM. Caller ID says Allstate Energy. I answered and there was no one on the other end. I am on the DNC list.

I called the office number and they are extremely rude, so be prepared to give them a verbal blast before they hang up.  Also, you may need to let it ring many times before they answer.

In Pa. they are calling for a company named "Superior Plus Energy", Exton, Pa. 570-368-8611
They were cooperative, but will have to wait and see if the calls stop.

The company is using telemarketing services faking the caller ID as 904-372-9750 (Caller ID says Allstate Energy). The calls come in spurts. No messages are left. Picking up sometimes is fruitless as the auto dialer hangs up. This is very disruptive to a working day and must be stopped. The real owner of this phone number has received so many calls to their corporate office that they no longer accept incoming calls. Calls to Comcast of Florida who issued the phone number is no help.
These intrusions are NOT Welcome and must stop.
In the end they finally got thru to me and stated the correct company was Citizens Choice Energy, Not Allstate.
They wanted to sell me electricity at a higher rate than what I was paying and were all wet about the plan.
A waste of time.
