Over the past year - have had various calls all obviously part of a scam operation.  They use false  "debt ploys"  to intimidate .  But once you request some details from them - they quickly fall to  the scum level they are and  fall apart on the phone..

Same thing here. They left a VM for me @ my moms house. I'm not being sued. I called back and the recording said something about an attempt to collect a debt...but the office was closed. I called the number they left on the machine not the 800 number. Hmmm...as my boyfriend said, sounds grimey.

I had the same call asking for my bf 2 call or his attorney and he just hung up before I could say anything. And he doesnt have anybody suing him that we kno of. I too called it bak and they said it was arms. So if some1 decides 2 call 2 find out... Id really like to know bout what happens!!

They called and asked that either Kelly (me) or my
attorney call asap. They do not say why Or what theiy wanted.  
I'm not calling someone who leaves a message with no
explanation like that! I mean we have a lawsuit against you for something I would have called back. But their called ARMS, I did call at 1am to see who answered.

Called my cell today, didn't leave a message. Looked it up, its a unpublished listing from Jacksonville Florida.
