Bogus calls about a nonexistent debt. Please be aware that unless these blood suckers can provide you a copy of the CONTRACT that you signed with THEM to pay a specific debt, then they are operating in fraud!! Basically, without a CONTRACT YOU HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO PAY THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU VOLUNTARILY AGREE THROUGH TRICKERY, FRAUD, DURESS, HARASSMENT AND/OR DECEIT.
So let's recap demand a copy of the contract that you signed with them via certified mail with signature. Be certain to give them 10 working days to provide you proof, if they fail to do so tell them to leave you alone. However, more than likely they will continue to harass you by threatening to take you to court. At that point, you be sure to show up with your records otherwise they may receive a judgement via default.

Have gotten 2-3 phone calls a day from this # it is really starting to irratate me royally!! They say nothing and it shows up as Balance inc. please do something about these people that don't have anything better to do with there time!!!

I get a call almost daily, and usually at 900pm at night from this number. I refuse to answer it.
