I just recd a call from this number and was told the paperwork has been completed and he kept telling me it cost him $200 to do the paperwork then he told me the police are on their way to arrest me. I just laughed at him.

The same guy with thick Indian accent just called me today. He said I was approved for a loan of $5000 in was I interested. I said NO and hung the phone-up. This is a SCAM!!! He is the same man name David Jordan with a different number who called me last week harassing me talking about I owed a loan and didn't pay it back and a lawsuit was filed against me. Really!! As if  I was not going to remember his voice or something.  He went on by saying I was criminally charged for feud  in did I have a lawyer to represent me. When I told him I don't have a loan, and why I have not received any legal papers? and what was the company name? He could not answer. He got an attitude with me in started saying that the police was going to come to my job or home and handcuff me to take me to court. How??? when he didn't even know my address, was trying to get the information from me.  Like I told him if it was a lawsuit against me you would have my information already, so I am not giving you anything.  He hung up on me!!!!!! I called back twice to speak with a manager or get the company name he hung-up on me both times.  I went directly to the police station, filed a report and gave them their information.  The police called and they started using profanity toward them, so the police told me not to answer their calls if they callback.  Because they obvious was not legit and just trying to scam me out of my information, just as I figured.

I was just cursed out by some guy named Ryan because I said please remove my number from your list and I don't want a loan. I called back and asked by a superior and he hung up the phone.

I guess it's a relief to find there are others getting these annoying calls.  Everything stated above is happening.  I work night, sleep days, and these phone calls are getting me down.  THEY ASK FOR  David Armstrong.  No telling them I'm not David Armstrong get's the calls stopped.  Please please I beg you, stop the calls.

Called this number back and got a VoiceMail stating "The MagicJack customer is not available".  This is a scam company and need to find out how to report them.

I have been getting the same calls. I have one, overdue payday loan and the guy tells me there is a warrant for my arrest. I laughed at him the first time. The second time I asked him to tell me what law enforcement agency issued the warrant, to which he had no answer and changed the subject. The last time, about 10 minutes ago, he started in on me, and before he even got started he told me his name was Jack. With that accent, so think I almost can't understand him, I knew his name wasnt Jack. I told him his name was probably Habib, and I hung up. Now he will be a source of reverse phone pranks for me until he stops calling, I will screw with him every time he calls.

I to have received numerous calls from this number about pay loans. First it was my loan has been accepted. Now it is that my loan is past due and if I don't pay men will come to my home or work and rape me (the guy goes into details). He has a thick Indian accent, refuses to give me his name, has given me 5 different pay day loan companies he works for, used several different phone numbers, and it is without a doubt the same guy each time. I am listing the phone numbers he has called from (via caller id) so you guys can pre block or be aware and I am also listing the loan companies names he stated he works for. Good Luck I've been dealing with this for two days now starting at 5 am.  Also since it went to the rape comment I contacted the authorities and they suggested that if I do answer the phone ask them for their DCA# (department of consumer affairs license number) this should cause them to hang up or if they are legit which I doubt will have one then you can write a complaint.

Its the same guy who calls from multiple numbers from different states i answered and he tells me there is a law suit against me . I say ok so he there is and you know my information send me a direct mail to inform me then he ask for my social security number. Lol i thought you had my information ? If he had papers with a lawsuit against me then he would have info already. I told him stop calling with this bullishit scam but he continues to call me. WTF
