I just got the same call from the organization for energy savings. It came from the following phone number: 5612842477. Identical pitch that you could be eligible for $3500 in federal stimulus money for improvements to your home. They wanted to come to do an assessment. The caller claimed to not know anything about the company or what they were selling

Yep, same old energy scan scam and it's free, free, FREE! Pretty crafty, now they use cell phones not landlines for their calls. Just report them to donotcall.gov and sooner or later they get on them.

This group calls me every day. Each time I tell them do not call me again. This group calls themselves, Organization for Energy Savings and says they have already been paid and they do a free service to come out and evaluate our home for energy conservation. They say they do not apply to the "No Call" criteria because they are not telemarketers. BS....BS....they are telemarketers
