Caller ID said Utilities so I answered. This is greatly misleading as it's actually a telemarketer collecting for Police Athletic League. Informed him I am on the do not call list and my number is unlisted, then hung up.

Rec'd several calls told them I'm busy they just call back---calling for the FOP--I do not donate to ANY PHONE SOLICIATION FOR ANY REASON.

i have blocked several #s and they still call several times a day. Never a message and you cannot call back to have yourself removed

no one there 861-1584 caller id says "connecting" We reported this to the telephone company. They were puzzled by it at first and then stated that this was an At&t number and that the "connecting" was showing up because they didn't reach us. They also said it was a cell phone.

People at this number 1-904-861-1584 call me on Saturday and Sunday of each week. I am on the do not call list but that does not matter to them.

Thats all I can get..one word of advice is, on you answering service, or on you voice mail, state who it is and that you are on the do not call list I don't get any other calls after the first time.

I received this call today and the man called me by name.
He proceeded to ask for money for police work in local schools and the Police Athletic League. This number is not in our local area code.
I asked to be removed from his calling list and there was no response from him. I have received two other calls with the caller I D of Utilities and the 904 area code but different numbers. When I answered those there was no one there.

It pops up on my caller id as Utilities 904-861-1584. If you call it you get a disconnected sound. Three days in a row they have call. I am reporting them to the FCC.
