I got a call from this number and then a hang up.  the name on caller ID is J Williams

Ya the number has called me once so far. I told the number to stop calling me. By reading all the comments, I see that this person is some sort of hacker. From what Kacy said, this person should be arrested.

Unknown caller has been calling and harassing me. Stop this phone number.

Calling demanding payment. Recites my personal information and has attempted to use my identity. I have reported this to my bank and local sheriff's office. Calls several times a day. When trying to call the number back it states it is no longer in service.

THIS number keep calling and hang up, when you say hello this person just say [good bye]

Some Indian accented guy called me asking me if I would like to further my education and asked for my information.
Also, when I asked him for whatever he's working for's website, he said that he didn't have the information "on hand"
CREEPER.

This was the third time iv gotten a call from them. This time I actully talked to someone, but she sounded like she could barely speak english.. She kept asking if I or anyone in my family was a member of any collage and then she said ok bye.. Wtf!?

same thing as everyone else....just sounded like a recording saying, "goodbye"  Says that number has been disconnected.

I keep recieving calls from this number they do not leave any message  how do I block this number from my cell phone and home phone

some guy who doesn't speak english very well (sounds like he's from india) says i violated 3 federal laws.  i told him he's full of it and he threatened to call the cops on me.  told him to go ahead.

I got a call from this number after discussing govt conspiracies with a friend via txt...and I kept saying "hello" but there was no answer, then some noise, like someone was fumbling with a recording or microphone...then a weird voice said "good-bye"...

Does anybody has a suggestion how can we stop this harrassment as I get a call twice a day since 2-3 weeks?

My elderly father continues to be harrassed by these creeps.  Just do not even respond to them!

These people are rude, inconsiderate, and selfish. I wish we could gang up on them and shut off all phone service for abusing their privilage. Oh, thats right, driving is a privilage not phone service.

I have gotten calles from this number numerous times. I tell them they have the wrong number they call me back and keep asking who is this who is this.... I advised them to never call again and they didnt.....FOR LIKE 4 DAYS.. Now they are calling me again!! UGHHHH

This number keeps calling me and when I try to call back the number is disconnected.Cant speak good english ,anyone knows?
