Got a call from this number on Sunday morning @ 9-30am I did not answer it and after reading the reports from other people that were called from this number, it appears that it is Minacs in Oshawa. I will report them to the ministry

Nobody on the line. Called back the number and it was MINACS, Colonel Sam Drive, Oshawa. They are a call center and they are advertising about and upcoming Job Fair.
