This East Indian guy calling from Top Notch keeps calling me and I'm getting really annoyed with it.  I really like the air horn idea. I'll definately keep it within arms reach!

I keep getting calls from Top Notch duct cleaning or home service and it is basically harassment calls
that never end. The guy on the line seems to be of east Indian decent who becomes rude using
foul language and confirming that he will keep calling.

buy an airhorn and the next time they call, just blast it into the receiver.  Considering that telemarketers wear headsets, they won't have a chance to remove them in time to prevent a little temporary deafness/ ringing in the ear. Do it often enough, they'll think twice about making the call and possibly losing their hearing.  I'm fed up with these d*ckheads!

ya these f***ing retards keep calling my house too and every time I cuss the s**t out of them n tell them to stop calling but it doesn't work. how do i get theses motherf***ers to stop calling?

They also called me 5 times in less then an hour (7:40pm; 7:54pm; 8:06pm; 8:24pm and then again at 8:36pm.  The last time I picked up - waited those few seconds of dead air and a guy came on identifying himself and the company - due to background noise etc...I couldn't make it all out but I did get the jist of the company - it was for duct cleaning.  I gave a blasting about how they have called 5 times in less then an hour and that this was considered harrasment and not to call my number again - don't thing that will stop them thou as I believe they did the same thing about 2-3 weeks ago (the number looked familiar)

This number called me 3 times in a matter of 15 minutes - between 8:40 and 8:55pm. Would like to know who it was, since no message was left.

they have been calling for 2 years since we bought our house and they wont' stop!!!! my husband has threatened to report them, and told them in no uncertain terms we're NOT INTERESTED (his language wasn't so polite)....yet they keep calling.  There is an East Indian sounding man on the phone, and there's a lot of noise in the background..................it seems he calls from different numbers too.

These people are scary! They call repeatedly and will not take no for an answer! I politely told them I wasn't interested a few times, but they kept pushing, so I hung up. The man called me back 4 times, calling me rude, swearing at me, and threatening me!!!

I don't know how to get these *** to stop calling me - I've been polite, interrupting them, and they insist that my number is on a prequalified calling list. I'm even considering changing my phone number!
I'm on the Canadian do not call list, and that subscription is up to date. Why can't the phone companies or the CRTC monitor these web site forums, track down these jack***es and put a stop to their illegal activities?

Someone from this number also calls our house. We've been on the DNC registry since day-one, but it has NEVER stopped any telemarketing calls that I can determine; we're getting more than ever.  This is purportedly some duct cleaning company.  I just report the number to these sites, and hope something comes of it.

Called me 5 times.  I answered once and asked what his phone number was and he repeated my own phone number to me.  I told him not to phone us anymore.  He called back seconds later and again repeated my own phone number AND my own address.  Duh...like I wouldn't know that?  I told him that next time he called, I would call the police.  He was shilling some bogus Air Duct cleaning Service.

That number called a few times, i was busy and didn't answer they called again and left a voicemail saying "you're going to die"

My phone has rung at least 8 times in the last hour for this number. Dead air when I pick up the phone. I do not have a last call return feature but when I just called my phone service provider they kindly gave me the number that has been dialing mine. I would like a voice so that I could tell them where to get off.  Going to have to unplug the phone if this keeps up.

Just started today but this number called our house today 7 times within 2 hours, no one was home and no message left/ display doesn't show up so we called it back and it's not in service, I looked all over online and this is the first I have heard of anyone else having them call. It doesn't even show an address or name on the phone number look-ups.
Odd and annoying.

If you could spell properly than I would possibly consider your help.  Your basic english is pathetic and hold no credibility when fighting these companies.

these people are scam artists. indian immigrants who harass non stop. they have no head office. my guess is that they are criminals trying to break into homes. I am calling local police authorities

Got a call from this number at 12:25pm It was silent until I said hello twice and some weird guy with an accent says "goodbye" and hung up. I recently purchased a cordless phone that has a call block feature, it really comes in handy when you get so many of these garbage calls.

Personally, I blame Stephen Harper for these guys.  They appear to also operate without ethics!

Representative claimed he was calling on behalf of Top Notch Home Services pertaining to duct cleaning.  Checked the web and could only find one reference to Top Notch Home Services (area code 302 - not local).  Suspect the name was bogus.

His offer: Duct cleaning for $110 if house is less than 1200 square feet.

Strung the guy along for roughly 10 minutes.  Tried without success to get a call back number (he only has outgoing call capability so he claims).  He eventually passed me over to the supervisor to close what he thought was a deal.  I then hung up.  Ten minutes of his life wasted without any commission.  I'm retired and not dependent upon money for time so my cost was negligible.

Only way to fight these individuals until we have a government that gives a damn and enforces the 'do not call registry" on whom I am listed.!
