I Keep getting calls from this company about some Security s**t .. I have told them for the 100th time to not call me .. but every 3 weeks I get a call. usually its an Unknown number .. this time they actually had the number displayed.

I Keep getting calls from this company about some Security s*** .. I have told them for the 100th time to not call me .. but every 3 weeks I get a call. usually its an Unknown number .. this time they actually had the number displayed.

These guys called me again at 5:45 EST today (December 22, 2008). I called them back and reached their answering service (surprisingly, a real, live person!)

This person was sweet and after I explained that I had registered with the 'do not call' registry', she promised to pass it on to the powers that be.

I also told her that I was going to share this feedback online with others who were also tired of this harassment. Apparently, registering with the 'do not call' registry doesn't mean a whole lot yet.

My understanding is that this is a call from Alliance Security Dispatch.

Got a call from this number, and when I answered, a recorded voice told me that my call was important to them, and to please hold the line, as calls are answered in the order they are received.  WTF?  They called me!!!  So I called back, and got some guy who said he was the dispatcher for a home security service.  He said the call must have come from the sales office, and he could have them call me back.  I said no, I didn't want them to call me in the first place.  He was unable (unwilling?) to help further.
