I get a call from this number everyday. We live in Ontario Canada. My girl friend's parents are from Greece and apparently it is some sort of telemarketers trying to sell you stuff. It is funny because they don't even ship to Canada.(My girlfriend called the number back and it costed long distance charges) It is definitely a money scheme.  The number is from Cornwell Onatrio but once you connect to it, you are transferred to Greece.

I get  phone calls  from this number the past  week every day, few times a day,  but nobody leave a message. Strange.

These people are at it again! 3 to 4 times a day. They do ask for me specifically which is concerning.

I got a call from this number to my cell phone today but when the cell returns call it is 011 (905)766-4863.
I also have been getting the same number calling my house phone and they never talk or leave a message. I had a call with similar number a few weeks ago trying to 'give' me a trip to Florida. Would love to know who it is.

These people are annoying me!! They call my house every day twice a day and it comes up as a Unknown, so sick of it!

these  idiots called me at least 4-5 times a week  for at least  1 year period ,  even after i told them that i am NOT  interested in any of their  services ,still calling me     ????????????????      personal  that i talked to is  originaly from  serbia ,,and unfortunately not  very  smart  becouse they are still calling me even after i told   em  i DON'T  need  their  service..

I called back once- and the alternate language choice is Philipine -odd- usually french or spanish.

I have received calls from this company everyday for the last 3 days despite my informing them that I do not wish to have any further contact with them.  They are a long distance provider.  I have informed them that I am very satified with Rogers and would not think of changing to their service.  They wont tell me their company name and they even hung up on me when I told them that they are harassing me!

Ok everyone, I have figured it out!!!! I just spent 40 min on the phone today making numerous calls to have my name removed from the list and I'm almost ready to file a lawsuit.  It's a long distance provider by the name of NECC Telecom.  They have call centres in the Philippines, Michigan and Australia, but are a Canadian based company locted in Toronto.  I have put my name on the "so not call list" months ago, so I should never have received a call.  After talking to them and telling them that I was not interested in their service...the calls continue everyday or every other day.  I get calls on weekends, weeknights but this morning at 9:00 am, they woke my up, they woke up my 1 yr old and I"ve had enough!  I now know the number off by heart and contacted them today for the 3rd time to ask for my name to be removed from their list.  I only wanted to speak to a manager or supervisor on duty and the agent made that impossible. they have now promised 4 times that the calls would stop, but they don't and now when I go to pick up the phone, they hang up after 2 or 3 rings!!! I have been told that if you added your name to the "do not call list", that you can contact them to let them know, and they will file legal action.  I will be contacting the "do not call list" people to have actions taken.  this has turned into harrasment!! we should all take action together!! This number belongs to an organization using the name Pulse Telecom.  The telephone number is from a location in or near Hamilton, Ont or some other community in that area code locality.

Legal advice to me is to place a complaint with the CRTC.  Also, start a call trace record for two weeks then make a complaint with the police of your choice.

A search with the Better Business Bureau shows that Pulse Telecom has, at leas, addresses in Wilton Manors, Florida; Troy, MI; Charlotte, NC; and again in Troy, MI - all USA addresses.  There seems to be no addresses in Canada.

However, their business profile indicates that they have partnerships with various other telecom companies, for example, Rogers, etc.

The Better Business Bureau rating for Pulse is "F".  The BBB results also shows no search results in Ontario for Pulse.

This 905-766-4653 number calls everyday at 10:46am. We decided to phone it and it happens to be a long distance provider called Bluetone Telecom. They are very annoying and claim that they are not selling any product but instead they are calling to give us our access code to override our existing phone service. Not sure what they mean by that because when you ask them to explain they just keep on saying "yes ma'am I understand ... " Not sure what they understand.  We had to call twice because, the first customer service agent named Louisa hung up on my husband and when i called back I got Jerry who claims he understands. I asked them to remove our number from their database and made sure that Jerry understood my request. Hope this helps.

they r the stupidest telecom overall in canada they first told me they will charge 5.9 for long distance now they chnmged it to 6.9 woithout even mentioning this to me not a reliable company at all !
