Didn't pick up. No message.

They just called, and asked for my husband.   I asked who was calling and she said 'The Energy Company'...   I said if this is about Solar, we already have it...   (We don't, but these endless calls are enraging, so we figured we'd get ahead of them....)   She then says 'Did I say this was about Solar, no, I didn't!'....   I said...   'Wow.' And hung up.   So damned RUDE!

After they hang up immediately get back on the phone and after you get a dial tone press *57.  That places an unblockable trace on the last number that called you.  You then have to call the phone company and report the receipt of an abusive call. You also have to file a police report because the phone company will not release the number to you or do anything about it untill you take that step.  What your local police are willing to do about it depends on where you live.  Beware, however, the ever helpful moneygrubbing phone company  will charge you a fee every time you do this (depends on the carrier, usually about $5, ATT charges $8)

That constitutes an abusive and threatening phone call.  If you want to go to the bother you can file a police report and report it to the phone co (not that it will do much good). Nothing seems to stop these idiots.

This number just called twice in two minutes.  No ID, no message.  Obviously up to no good.

These scammers don't get it, using a machine to mask their real phone number is the same as hiding their face or wearing a mask while attempting to entice you to contract.  Who in their right mind would contract with anyone wearing a mask?  Even worse, they don't engage in a real conversation.  There is either dead silence or simply nonsense and annoyance.  Stop calling the public.  If you are employed, stop wasting your employer's money and do your job.

Dead silence everytime they call, two or three times per day.  They never leave a message.  Can't call them back, the number 909-255-9304 is a non working number.  Jerks!

So far two in a row of thease robocalls..."solar initiative" and they check your phone number against your past/present address.

Caller ID was "Redlands, CA" so I answered given I have family there. Nobody on the other end...only sounds like a tv turned up too loud.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I no longer answer these "Unknown" numbers. Have been on Federal Do Not Call List for years. Sad, because husband is a day sleeper and these calls always awaken him.

Got a call from this number today, 6/20/14.   The stories shared by other posters in this thread sound familiar.  The number flashes as being from an "unknown" caller on the phone.  When I say "hello," the person said "hello" as if it was I who was calling.  I said to him "you called me."  He responded "No, YOU called me."  Strange.  I immediately hung up.  Do not answer calls from "unknown" callers.  

This phone number called my phone last night at 10.00 Pm I just let it ring and my phone pick up the number. My phone is register DNC phone but it is not working anymore I think I will report this to the authority. What is the government doing about this there's a lot of calls that not I received  we are  not listed and my phone is private. Where can I report this? Im surprise  where they got my number. It is invading our privacy.

Got call at 10:41 am yesterday.  I said HELLO and female on other end said HELLO.  I said HELLO again and female said HELLO.  I said "This is the third and last time I'm saying HELLO" and the female said HELLO.  Then I hung up.  Lots of noise in the background on caller's end.  Area code is in Chino/Riverside vicinity.

**About an hour later, my wife answered the phone from same number.  She did not know what transpired in the first call.  Wife said HELLO and male caller said HELLO.  Wife said HELLO again and male said HELLO.  Wife said HELLO for a third time and male said "This is the third and last time I'm saying HELLO" and hung up on my wife.  Lots of noise in the background.  DNC Reg does not work as it should.

This company keeps calling me and they are very un professional.
Where is the FTC? Please do NOT pick up any call from 909-255-9304.

Idiot named Rich, talked over me with a very non-professionally spiel.
Tried to tell him I was NOT interested, he kept talking, I raised my voice to say I'm on the DNC, and hung up.
Waiting for this piece of fecal material to try calling back.
I'm usually sitting at my computer with this site open so I can put the # in before they hang up.
New thing these jerks are doing is only letting the phone ring 4 times, then hanging up.

I've received countless calls from this "National Energy Company", and have requested to be removed from their call list each time.  This time, when I told the man that I had requested to be removed from their list, he kept talking right over me!  I said "don't call here!" and hung up.  He called back, but I let the machine pick up.  He said onto the machine "that's what I thought.  Go to hell.  Go F--k yourself!"
