This number keeps calling me about debet consolidation and wont take my number off the list. How do I either sue them or file a formal complaint?

I too was assaulted with their profanity. I wonder if a police report would shut them up.

Same thing for me- I got a new phone number as I telecommute for a large company. My new phone number is listed as a business - Im getting multiple calls from various numbers, this is only one of them.

I know no one in Woodcrest Calif.
They're suppose to be on Van Buren Blvd between W. Canal St and W. North St.

Called my house did not leave a message.  Called back to ask to be removed from list, very unprofessional.  Hope they do not call back, will block their number to prevent them from calling me further.

I get about 2 or 3 calls a week and press 1 to speek to someone and just get hung up on when I tell them I have only $500 of credit card debt. I call back only to get hung up on again. This has been going on for about 2 years. so brace yourself for a long ride once they get your number.

I received a few calls as well.  When i ask to be removed from the callers list they habng up and call back after a few hours.
