Got several calls from this number, they will not stop calling me at work or on my cell phone.  They said that I have three lawsuits against me and that I had to send them cash.  Anytime I asked them a question, they didn't have an answer...they are pretty pathetic!!!

Today I got a call from the same company sonic cash advane Stating that I owed 1095 dollars and if I didn't pay that I was goin to be arrested. After asking for my ss number and me telling them to screw off I started asking questions myself. After hangin up on me like five or six times I decided to use there same tactics. I called  the FBI and the Oakland CA pd they really didn't feel like talking to me any more. I guess they've moved around since these other posts but still up to there same scam now ther calling from a 512 number

someone name sherman berrow called my sister and stated the same thing telling her that in order to get the money she would have to sell her car house or something hahaha she has neither!

I got a call from this guy. i never talked to him. i dont speak to people about my personal info to a guy that sounds like hes from pakistan or a random caller. its indeed a scam of some sort. i called the sonic cash number 866-574-2274 which i got from this blog and they even asked for your social security number to be left on a answering machine. to me that sounds like a scam of some sort. So I found this company that specializes in phone harrassment. debtcollectorhelp.com  I have not spoke to them yet but i hope they can help, maybe they can help you. just remember that these weak and pathetic telephone tough guys need to pay. I would like to break his arms off his body for those threats. I will settle for his a** getting sued. Dont give up if your sticking it to those b*****ds. im not. onward for the fall of all telephone tough guys. I received the first call December 23rd, and I call back and left a message.  Well the next call didn't come until yesterday with the threats of jail and a warrant being executed TODAY at 11 a.m.  When I questioned the person on the other end (JUSTIN) about what is going, he proceeded to tell me that I had an outstanding payday loan with Sonic Cash.net.  Well I immediately told him that payday loans are illegal in the state of Georgia, which at this point he decided to yell at me.  I hung up the phone and went to Google Sonic Cash net.  What I found were hundreds of complaint websites about them.  I called Sonic Cash and spoke to Tina, and she advised me that it was a scam and gave me a number to Homeland Security Agent.  I called the agent who in fact returned my call this morning.  I have been receiving calls from Justin, Joe and Rick all day today.  I have yet to answer either one of them!

lol...that is funny. Hopefully it was decafe....I'm getting messages from a Michael Clark. I've gotten calls from four different numbers and it's all the same message. "Call immediately, you or your representative...blah, blah, blah." The numbers (619) 342-0192, (909) 723-5114, (916) 915-1120, (301) 813-0988. The craziest thing is that they called me from one number and asked that I call the other one as if they weren't aware as to what number he had called from. It's crazy, a scam, and stupid. I haven't done what most have...and that's call the police. But I may eventually, I just know it's a scam and don't stress over they're madness. I asked for papers if it's legit and I get nothing...so the 'hell' with them...ya know.

on sept 4th  this guy called my job and told him it was emeryeng needed to talk to me I have just lost my youngest son so they put call through.  alex brownwas his name said owed 1095. for cash advance I got in 2006 fron sonic cash if I didn't pay a agency would be picking me up 9-5 at 11am. I didn't go to work that day. they wanted me to put money on a prepayed cc card. they called that night again and on monday8th again i tlod him that  don't pwe any money . then just monday this week 22th called again said i needed to settle this now i said i was going to call the poilice and report both of these numbers they call from they hung up. today i call sonic cash and reported it i found out they had secert agenys looking into. so now i'm at a better idea whats going on my lawyer also has all this information.

This guy, Steve Miller, called my house and told my mom that it was an emergency and I needed to call them ASAP. I did call them without first thinking of checking out the number. He told me there was a warrant for my arrest and I owed this money. I did tell him if I owe it I will pay it, but you need to send me a certified letter. He said because it was done electronically he could not send me anything written. His name was Mark Rid, and I called my dad who called his lawyer and everything this guy did was illegal. They called the sherriff and there was no warrant for my arrest, and he said even if it is from out of state they still need to go through the State of Utah and notify me by certified mail. I called them back and a co-worker talked to this Mark Rid and she asked who they were and what Law Firm they are with. He yelled at her and she told him I believe you are a scam. He hung up on her at this point. My attorney called with my dad and me present and the guy yelled at him and said 11 am tomorrow I would be arrested and to see how I like not paying my debts. They make other threats too, but they do not have the legal means to enforce them.  I do know they are a tiny call center in San Bernidino (sp?) California by Carousel Mall. I as well called the FBI and they know about this company, but as of right now they said they are not able to do anything and that it is not illegal to call someone.  It is irritating and they call all hours of the night. I was able to block their number by calling the people I have phone service through.  They like to use scare tactics and it worked until I did some research and call the right people.

I received a call from this number stating I had a loan out with this company that I did not repay and I was to appear in court the next day, when I asked what the charges were and what court I was to appear at the man starting yelling at me telling me I should have received the summons in the mail. He had my social, employer's name and an old account number I don't know how he had this information but he was stating I owed them $5,000 and was being brought up on criminal charges. I asked him to prove the charges and he said it was from a loan I took out in 2006 I told him I never had and he started yelling again and telling me I was going to jail and to give him my attorney's name so I did one better and called my attorney who asked him what the charges were and advised him not to call me but to provide them an address and he hung up on them.

I just received a phone call from this number. They claim they call from behalf of sonicash and that they are going to pick you up tomorrow to take you to court. Know, they called with information about me, names of people I know, obviously my phone number, address and bank account information. I called my bank to report this, just incase, remember, they may fine the records in public records, but do not now if all the info is for the same person, so just incase they try to make a balance transfer or something, I canceled my account. Beware of this number.

Ok - So we got our call tonight.  My husband was to be carted off to jail 11:00 am tomorrow morning.  We were threatened, told we would have to pay a fine, told that my husband would lose his job, and told that my husband would be behind bars.  At first I flipped out, then i remember a  collection agency cannot threaten you - it is against the law.  I called back - asked them the name of the company that they represented, they said SonicCash.net.  I called SonicCash to validate that there was no loan (1-866-574-CASH, Option 2).  I spoke to Jody - she was great.  She took down all of our information.  CALL HER!!! Then told me that Sonic Cash is in the process of investigating these scams.  She gave me the name of a SS Agent with Homeland Security, whom I will be talking tomorrow.  I called the mystery company back in hopes of getting more information - surprise surprise - they won't talk to me anymore.  And they are the collector??????  HA!  I guess I will wait with Coffee and Donuts tomorrow with my husband at his office.

Was told he (Austin Smith-right, it was a foreigner!) was calling from CA State Attorney Office and that I owed them money.  Will not be returning call! Beware!

BEWARE of this caller. It is a scam that tries to get all of your personal information. I do not know how they have the info that they do but they are telling you that you are being sued. Just hang up because if you dont they will continue to call and harasse you

stated i owed lots of money and was to send it to them for cash net usa but i never had an account with them and if i didnt send them the money i was going to jail in the morning and was going to spend 3 to 18 months in prosoin and tomorrow they were coming to pick me up from my work place.....

Recieved a call from this number telling me that I had 3 lawsuit's aginst me and that they would be picking me up after 2pm 9/23/08. I called local Sheriff Department and they told me to just tell them not to call anymore. The guy on the phone wanted to know if the social he called out was mine and I could not understand but I knew it was not my social. This was the first phone call hopefully the last.

Yesterday I received a phone call from 619-342-0192 and today i received from 909-723-5114;he said i had money wired to my account in November 15, 2006 and they represent the National Processing Division i asked them to fax me the information since i was never ssummons.  The caller from yesterday said that they will be coming to my home and work to pick me up; today the caller said that they will be here on monday because they were running a little late, i told him that i waited for them today with coffee and sodas but monday there was going to be no coffee for them.  I did contacted the FBI, my local police department and made a report. Someone from the 909 called me back saying that this was a serious manner and that i was being prosecuted in this case..I will wait for them on Monday again but with no coffee.
