This number or a variation of this number,calls me constantly. Usually I don't answer, but twice when I have,they are rude, almost crazy acting, with bizarre laughing before they hang up.

Third call regarding electrical savings (i.e. solar rebates, etc.). Caller was really rude after telling him he was the third caller in two days from this number.
