I just got a call from this number - not being a number I recognized (I have Caller ID) I didn't answer...
Treat this for what it likely is: A scam...
And NEVER give any personal information to callers like this, no matter how hard they try to impress you with their authoritative demeanor, or sales pitch...
The area code 909 is in Southern Calififornia FYI...

Selling solar, called at least 2 times a week. Asked to be removed from list hangs up. If I ask anything outside his agenda they hang up. Calles at times and no one there.

Keep getting calls from this guy. I've asked him to take me off his list but he keeps calling from different numbers soliciting solar/various products. He is rude and hangs up when I ask for more information about his company.

Received a few times from Levi Robert, trying to sell solar panel. When I asked where is their company located, he hung up.
