I received a fraudulent charge on 4/4 from 3 River Designs (910-221-7646, WA) for the amount of $11.89. This charge was on a credit card that was never used before. Its odd how my credit card number could get out in the open without me ever using it. I called the credit card company and they removed the charge and put a lock on that credt card number.

I got the same charge posted 8/22/2008. The phone number shown was just 999- 9999999 WA. How long has this been going on?

We have a charge for 11.89 from these people too.

Sounds like I am not the only one.  Have a charge for 11.89 on 04/25/2008.  Glad I checked the web.

I just found out that I got a charge on my credit card from this number also.  I also got the charged reversed and a new card and number but jeez.. What is wrong with people these days?

I just tried to find out who "3 River Designs" is and couldnn't fine a web address.  When searching Google for the number I found this web site.  I have a fradulent charge on a credit card statement for $11.89 on 4/20/08.  I don't know who the heck this is and will ask my Visa bank to look into it.  It's not much money, but if my numbers are out there, I could get a larger amount charged next time.

Fraudulent charge appeared on my card for $11.89 as well.  Got it removed.

Got a fradulent charge from 3 River Designs on 4/20/08 posting on 4/21/08. When called this number it had been temporarily disconnected.

Received a fraudulent charge on 4/28 from 3 River Designs 910-2217645 for the amount of $11.89. When I called the number, it went straight to an automated service, directing any correspondence to support@rd-webconcepts.com. My bank is in the process of disputing the charge.

Also got a fraudulent charge on 4/26 from 3 River Designs 910-2217646 Wa for the amount of $11.89. Charge is being removed and a new card number issued but what an inconvenience. Hope someone finds out who this is. Called the number and it went directly to a voice mail giving an email address to contact. I did not send an email.

Got a fraudulent charge on 4/21 of $11.89 on a credit card with this phone number listed for 3 River Designs in WA.

Same thing here. $11.89, I just noticed it. It was charged on my card 8/22/08.

I just got a charge as well for $11.89 from 3 River Designs?  I haven't used my card for months, so I have no idea how they got my info! But my credit card company and bank are investigating, hopefully they will get caught real soon!!!

Same thing happened to me... on my credit card statement and I didn't purchase anything from them.  I had to call and the credit card company flag it and have to file paper work to get it removed.  What do all of us have in common, we should see if we can track down how they got our credit card numbers...   sigh...

I too have just received an 11.89 charge on my cc. No idea how they got my info. My bank and the authorities will catch up with them soon.

RD-WEBCONCEPTS.COM AKA 3 River Designs, LLC 910-221-7646 is a fake front company that is part of a large group of fraudulent websites processing hijacked card data into cash. The operation is ran by a crime syndicate from Eastern Europe.

If you have a charge from this company, it is vital that you immediately report the charge as fraudulent. Also, cancel and replace your card , as they will keep charging it.

Just an update:  The phone number comes back associated with Fayetteville, NC.

I got the same charge yesterday.  I called the phone and it has a recording for rd-webconcepts.com.  I just went to their website and it doesn't have any address listed and sounds pretty bogus.  They are supposed to be marketing web templates.  I will be seeking further assistance in getting them shut down.

I also received a charge 4/26 from 3 River Designs for $11.89.  I will be calling my credit card company today to have it removed. I hope someone catches these crooks.
